This hotel is quite old; however I expected some kind of Japanese service. To my disappointment, the staff would rather chat with other, but not help me to get the luggage out of the taxi.
The breakfast buffet is also disappointing, with very limited choice. The fruit is not fresh, and the coffee machine is run down.

I think this hotel is value enough. I will take this hotel next time when I go to Dalian again. I also recommend my other colleagues to live there when they have trip to Dalian. It is very converince to take food, Massage and other shopping centre. They also provide pick up service to airport.

The employees were friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to an executive floor room which was very spacious and comfortable. There were some visible wall/ceiling repairs and carpet stains but otherwise in good condition. I requested a late check out which they accommodated. Big breakfast selection. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is central in town. The service and facilities are 5 star standard. of course, we were upgraded to executive floor as member and the room was excellent. Breakfast spread was good too so much so that u could not sample every item. staff provides good service and not intrusive. location is convenient downtown but tourist destinations are some distance away, so it's more a business hotel. The old tram stops in front of the hotel, parking is convenient but may be charged. The free drinks promised were not provided, although early check in was. Overall a good restful stay.
