It was nice and close to the office, really comfortable and I had a great view of the Yarra. Loved the huge windows that let the sun in. Absolutely gorgeous. I had a night flight home and was able to store my bags with the concierge, return to get them and then head to the airport. I really appreciated the convenience of being able to go for a walk around the city without having to lug my bags around. The staff were all really lovely, professional and helpful. My bed was super comfortable and I loved the layout of the room. Everything was in the best place. Also, the aircon was really easy to program. Sometimes it can be a bit tricky, but this was really easy to deal with (even half asleep).

Room had red stains over carpet, had to get a room swap. Requesting this was challenging but eventually occured. Swapped room had A/C issues and maintenance had to get to rectify. Cleaners didnt replenish toilet paper or tissues often. Had to request from house keeping team. Found housekeeping team a bit delayed with getting to attending to our room during our stay. Found alot of errors on billing with Valet charges. Most times with Valet, had to collect my own car from the ramp and park it at times. Most staff were generally pleasant to deal with during the stay. The staff member who stood out the most was Juneric. He was very supportive during the room change, assisting with Valet. His attention to detail, work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond is highly commendable.
