The staff was very unfriendly. The buffet was horrible. The room had ants and was very outdated. There was no entertainment by the pool. No music what so ever. It was very quiet for an adults only. The shore started at 10 and lasted 45 min. Then the bar shut down at 11. I expected so much more.

I didn’t like that smoking was allowed everywhere, even in the rooms. On my last night, I had to deal with the smell of tobacco coming through the air conditioning vents. When I complained, they offered me air fresheners, but since it was my last night, I let it go. Some staff members also came across as unfriendly and unapproachable, discussing their personal matters in front of customers while working. On the positive side, the resort had fantastic facilities, a stunning beach with white sand, plenty of palm trees, and clear water. The food options were good, and the overall condition of the resort was well-maintained. Most of the staff were great—courteous and friendly. Initially, I wasn’t too excited about staying at the adults-only all-inclusive resort, as it felt more catered to an older crowd. There weren’t many pools, the restaurants weren’t particularly fancy, and the entertainment ended at 11:00 pm. The nearby De Luxe Resort had more amenities, but getting there required a shuttle ride. However, in the end, I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The smaller crowds at the pools and beach, and the quiet after midnight made for a relaxing experience. I would definitely return and recommend the adults-only resort—unless you're traveling with children.

The worst customer service. The worst SPA. Good food options.

The staff were friendly, helpful and entertaining. The food was average quality. Our bathtub in our room was clogged, dirty and had chipped paint. I wouldn’t stay at this resort again.

I think the property is a bit dated at this point and may require some upkeep. Golf course could use some investment. Saw rats at night by pool area (which is adjacent to some dining). Food was not great, but the pool and beach area were very nice. Staff was great minus activities crew member Waqueria who harrassed for a positive review and to include her name after simply inviting for Bingo. We are always happy to leave positive reviews and our overall experience was positive, but there were some takeaways I haven't seen on other reviews.

I stayed for 5 nights and it was just perfect. The staff, the beach, the pools, the food, the room, the WiFi…all of it amazing. I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful property

The property layout is beautiful but everything else was outdated. We booked a premier backage at the beach resort. The ocean front room was outdated and average, the food either in the buffet or gourmet restaurant was average, the customer service was below average, very few had a good attidue and was helpful, mostly were short tempered and pushy. The AC broke 3 times during our short stay. We don't think we will go back.

Stay was fantastic, 1 word of advice is to make sure you have American dollars as everything (including the casino) runs on USD!

My stay at this Property was terrible, the staff members weren't kind at all, with some exceptions of course, for example, one day I was with my family at the adults pool of the palace hotel, and we had a speaker with music it wasn't loud, even people from the pool were coming near us because they were enjoying it, a security guard came to us and said that we has to turn it off, we kindly asked to keep the music on and he said no I asked him for his name to go to the lobby and file a complaint, and he covered his name with his name tag with his hand, either way I went to to the lobby and I asked to speak with a manager, the managers was super helpful and understood everything he even told us to keep our music, on the other hand the food wasn't good at all they didn't have many options to eat and the waitresses and waiters of the buffet were not helpful they just brought water to the table one time. I would never go back to this hotel, I went in 2020 and my experience was something else that's why I decided to go back but I feel like a threw my money away. As I said some staff members were super kind and helpful, they were always trying to make us feel like if we were at home, and that's something that always makes me feel thankful but overall my stay at this hotel was not what I was hoping it would be.
