Front desk staff were excellent. Being able to book a quick arriving taxi at front desk was great.
The mirror glass on the building across lane meant people in surrounding rooms could see into your room and vice versa, especially at night with lights on, so you had to close curtains.

Spent a night, from the moment we arrived the reception treated us with a welcoming smile. Very quick check in and was given clear instructions on how to get in and out of the hotel. Once we walked inside our room we felt at home, very clean and all essentials provided (tea, coffee,milk, bathroom essentials).
Will definitely go back.

Appreciate that there is onsite secured parking in a multilevel car park even though the parking space is a bit tight. Room itself is a bit dated compared to other Quest apartments I’ve stayed at.

Awesome location. 3 min tram ride from the city. 35 min round trip walking The Tan. Great Italian restaurant The Olive Tree close by and ample of coffee shops for that morning coffee after walking The Tan. Room was clean, neat and spacious. Great place to stay.

Room 201 is in poor condition and is urgent need of renovation. Kitchen bench has a major crack, bathroom is extremely tired and unkept. Carpets are worn and curtains are poorly fitted.
