The rooms were pretty clean pillows could’ve been a little better. It did lose power for about 3 to 4 hours one night, but other than that I would stay again.

We chose the particular hotel because we were going to an event there. Everything was very convenient, our room was clean and well stocked and not a lot major issues.

Super comfortable bed, room was quiet except when I stood next to the door. Staff was pleasant, gave good recommendations for dining nearby.

Only disappointment was needing to add a 3rd day, and the computer system was down, no key when checking back in, and the manager didn't want to give me the same rate, just because the original reservation was done through 3rd party(hotels.com) and the money he was losing as a result of 3rd party reservations. Yet the parking lot had a total of 6 cars in it, hotel was virtually empty! Some money(guests) is better than no money(guests) should have been what was important.

The service was amazing. I forgot my wedding ring and they were SO kind to call me and mail it back to me. I am forever grateful for the women who helped me and I hope they are blessed in the same way I was. THANK YOU!!!

There were fleas or bed bugs in our room. We called to the front desk and the employee didn't seem to concerned. She actually seemed bothered that we asked to be switched to another room. The hotel was fully booked, so they put us up at the Ramada Inn across the street. They didn't even offer to comp the room or give us a discount.

We live this hotel! We stay at least once every 2 months. We loved the King Suite!!
The only thing that was slightly concerning was that the toilet rocked and felt like it was going to tip over evertime you sat on it or got up off of it.

I liked the size of the room and the cost. The arrangement of the microwave and refrigerator was nice as was the provision of an additional wash basin adjacent to the bathroom. Minor negatives: I would have liked an ADA size toilet and grab bars since I am a senior. The desk chair was too short and I could not adjust it. The HVAC was a little noisy.
