It is located close to everything within walking distance. Breakfast is included and it is good. Staff are very helpful. Nice place to stay.

Staff is wonderful

From the rude front desk person when I first arrived - yelling at me over an airport driver looking for me but there was no such person holding a sign and the $40 charge was precisely identical to simply getting a taxi inside the terminal - to the lack of filtration resulting in my room being constantly dirty and dusty even after housekeeping- the experience was disappointing to say the least. Even the “free breakfast” was so-so at best. Other front desk workers were pleasant and helpful. The location in the city center was OK, but not easy to walk to the sites. It was very close to the July 9 boulevard (a major street) but be prepared for lengthy walks or taxis. Uber is good and cheap .

OMG hotel exceeded my expectations, fully renovated property, delicious breakfast included and the jewell of the property “the staff” fully english, Spanish and Portuguese speakers, attentive and informative, staff is so friendly and professional, highly reccomended hotel.

In the words of spinal tap, I would to 11 if that were possible. I am a seasoned traveler. This hotel had one of the best staffs ever. The room and bed were first rate. Add that it is a great value. My only regret was that the stay was so short.

The Microcentro area might not be the best (that would be Recoleta, for example) but this is an excellent hotel with very comfortable large rooms and excellent service. They just need to improve the coffee.

The service was very good. Lara was excellent in finding a way around Buenos Aires. In general, all the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was average. But other than that, I had a very pleasant day at the hotel. The location is quite convenient and it is close to some of the main attractions in the city.

Lovely hotel just off the Main Street. Really helpful especially the night staff. Great stay!

The hotel it is very nice , the staff is wonderful and kind, Juan Cruz and other guys from the front desk make you stay feel wonderful , very helpful with everything you need, just need more offers like bar or dinner at the hotel then if you don’t want go out at night can stay . But your stay can be amazing and safe with the guy’s advice.

Just off 9 de JulIo and within walking distance of many attractions. They do have some parking but it’s limited to 8-10 cars. There’s a 24 hr grocery store on the corner about 500 ft from the hotel.

Super excellent stay and location. Staff very friendly. Spacious room, cleanness, and like new. Quiet and secure. Breakfast excellent. Beautiful hotel. Near to the main attractions. Easy transportation within Buenos Aires Center.
