Wonderful small hotel with thoughtful features and great staff. Large room, amazing shower, comfy bed and linens. Really liked getting 2 bottles of filtered water each day.
Unlike other hotels we stayed in breakfast was cooked to order and included good coffee, fresh orange juice, pastries and a yogurt/fruit parfait.
Nice rooftop pool to cool off in. Ok wifi.

We vacationed here to get a boutique hotel experience rather than an impersonal hotel. The front desk staff, and restaurant staff were always there with full service, good breakfast, Argentine meals, help with trips, etc. we would recommend.

What a lovely hotel! Large, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Pool was great. Location and breakfast good. All staff were lovely but we would like to specifically mention Tania from Uco who made every morning a delight and was so patient with our Spanish.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay. We arrived tired and early and they gave us complimentary cappuccinos and were able to get us checked in early. The staff were friendly and sooo helpful! Especially Dyor!! He was wonderful, but truly everyone was. This is the place to stay in Buenos Aires. The rooms were really big and the hotel is just lovely. The breakfast staff was great and breakfast was tasty. Very clean, great neighborhood and the staff made reservations for us and using what’s app was very easy and efficient. I was very satisfied and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved my stay

This was a truly wonderful place to call home for 4 nights. Communication prior to, during, and after was very impressive! Their WhatsApp communication from check in to check out.. wow!! Some wonderful special touches put together…. Having their team members offer a few of their favourite things in BA…

Team (staff) all very personable, helpful, kind, and did feel like you were part of their family.
I ended up with some food poisoning my 2nd night and day and the restaurant team was unbelievably thoughtful, empathetic, kind, patient.. can’t say enough them.. and every other day I encountered them. The housekeeping team… same as the rest. The tall gentleman, I’m sorry not to have gotten names, after learning I was in for the day due to tummy challenges, he came back and brought me tea bags that ‘always fixes him up’.
The front desk team, especially Coral (I think), was equally impressive. So personable! Made the effort to remember you and show kindness, empathy, and try hospitality!! Even offered to help with rice, tea, water, etc if if I needed anything.
All should be commended for the special touches and what appears to be an incredible team that enjoys what they do.

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying at this hotel. The reception staff were especially friendly and were always helpful with suggestions of places around the area. The hotel also had an amazing pool and sauna that we enjoyed.

Amazing service. Extremely accommodating. Food actually really good and one of the better steaks of Buenos Aires. They were very nice and the place was super clean and just what we needed.

Excellent team, the best staff ever. I have been in many places but this experience at Fierro Hotel was exceptional, super nice people, amazing breakfast, clean spaces etc. I just want to go back.

Very nice property located in the Palermo section of Buenos Aires. Convenient and walkable area. Room was very nice and spacious.
