Only issue is that toilet paper was less than 1/2 rolls & I used them both after check in. I called for more & was told “Vickie, you just checked in. And you’ve already used both rolls”? Said she’d have 2 rolls waiting for me upon my return back to my room later. Shouldn’t matter if I used them both.. I’m paying for my room. And she should have kept the rude comment to herself. Very unprofessional!

Front desk agent at the desk with phone and ear buds and not paying attention to guests waiting by the desk for assistance. Finally looked up and was startled. Check in time 4pm checkout time 11. Not even allowing a 30 minute late checkout when most properties allow you to check in early and stay later.Busy soccer weekend regardless you pay enough money and the cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel staff is poor to no existent. I have had better hospitality at a motel 6 and paid a lot less for the room. No pool towel took two days to get pool towels. Finally they restock and they only give 6 towels by the pool Pool area not cleaned same trash and food was there for 3 days Friday. Saturday, Sunday morning ( beer bottles in the pool area. Black socks, limes, food, trash on the ground, chairs upside down,life saving flotation rings used as toys and on the ground by the pool. Breakfast was 40 minutes late and horriblwashed. The eggs were soggy and lacked flavor. Flimsy plastic silverware which won't even cut a waffle. The plastic knife bent trying to spread the butter on the waffle. Bowls were not readily available for cereal. Asked attendant for bowls (the cereal was the only edible food option)... The breakfast attendant said she is still setting up (40 minutes late) and 10 minutes after I asked for the bowls they were finally set up.

I really enjoyed our stay. They only thing i didnt like was that when got our room clean we didnt get fresh towels. Other then that everything was good. Well book at again.

We stayed here for a sports tournament. The reception staff was very accomodating and went above and beyond to assist in my stay. The rooms were clean and updated.

Impressed with the location, cleanliness and promixty of the hotel to the mall and restaurants.

The Hotel was as nice as you’ll find for the Antelope Valley. Rooms were clean and smelled new. Please keep the homeless out of your hotel and you have a winner. Would stay again.

Good: pre-made breakfast items included. They had some decent options for oatmeal toppings. Friendly, helpful, readily available staff. Easy parking. Air conditioner. Mini fridge and microwave. Semi-spacious room and large bathroom large shower with good water pressure. Ability to open the window a couple inches for fresh air. Could be better: very strong chemical paint-like smell in the room, shower was hard to adjust and hard to not be in the water to lather up or to turn the water on without getting wet. The rest of the room seem clean but there were some wrappers on the floor under the bathroom counter. Bed was less supportive than preferred and pretty noisy and jiggly if moving around at all. No restaurant on premises, and although pre-made breakfast options were available, they were out of a number of things like butter for example.
