Overall, it was a decent and clean hotel. A safe and quiet place to sleep at night. The pool area was pretty nice and well kept during our stay. I found some staff members to be quite friendly but others were a little unwelcoming. To me it seemed as though it didn’t matter whether or not I had a super positive experience to the staff as they were not very inspired to go above and beyond. Rooms are comfortable and clean but basic. I recommend bringing your own pillow as the pillows go flat ASAP. I did enjoy the shower in the room. Downstairs restaurant and bar wasn’t really impressive in my opinion. To sum it up, you get what you pay for.

We traveled as a family with teens and had a family suite with seperate lounge area which was nice and plentiful of space. All areas of the hotel are clean and well maintained and the rooms / beds comfy. We used the onsite shop and bar a couple of times with both services were convenient after a long day in the parks. It’s approx 10 minutes walk to the park gates and the area felt very safe walking both day and night. Lots of restaurant options all close by outside of the parks too but as we were only staying a few nights we mainly ate in the parks but we did visit the cheesecake factory one evening which was nice and good value. Really lovely hotel, wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

This hotel has a great location! Walking distance to Disneyland. But ultimately the bed was super uncomfortable so that ruined our stay. My back hurts and I would not rebook.

Another convenient hotel for the runDisney start/finish line for the 10K and Half Marathon. We might not be back not due to anything to do with this lovely hotel, but because of our growing disappointment with runDisney. I’ve selected this hotel for both runDisney events this year because of the convenient location to the start/finish lines for the 10K and Half Marathon. The staff is great and was able to accommodate our requests. The “restaurant” is more of a snack bar for the pool. The pizza and sandwiches were really good. We opted for breakfast off property. The room is pretty standard, fairly big and had room for a rollaway bed for our 3rd person. Bathroom had a barn door, closet door was squeaky, and the shower fixtures were difficult to turn on/off especially for someone with weakened grip. Other than that, I do recommend this hotel.

Over priced for amenities. Shower didn’t work, and we ordered dinner and placed in fridge for next day and fridge was inoperable. Ruined very expensive dinner. Room was hot. Fridge broken, knob on shower rusted and called down for help and the man says “do you know how to work a shower?” Seriously? The maintenance person couldn’t even get it to work! Too many other options around Disneyland to waste time here. Very disappointed

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were great. Very helpful, never made you feel uncomfortable with questions. It was extremely clean. Had lots of options for things to do, eat and snack. It was also very convenient to walk to disneyland.

The room is updated and clean. I felt very comfortable in the bathroom and in the bed. The room smells clean and fresh. I will definitely stay here again, very impressed.

I did a lot of research before booking hotels, looking at Hiltons and Marriott’s along with many other luxury hotels and this one seemed a lot more modern and cleaner than all the others and at a decent price p/n. It definitely lived up to those expectations.

Love coming to sun coast. This is are go to in Anaheim ca. Such a relaxing place . Pool is amazing and the rooms are spacious. Highly recommended.

We were so impressed with the SunCoast! This property was super walkable to Disneyland. We enjoyed heading back in the heat of the day to enjoy the amazing pool for a nice break on all of our park days. The staff at the front desk were amazing! Super friendly and happy to answer questions etc. This property is CLEAN. Our room was sparkling and was cleaned daily by the incredible and hard working cleaning staff. I can not say enough amazing things about this property. It is definitely our new go to hotel for our Disney trips!
