I enjoyed being able to walk back and forth to Disneyland. The room had a nice view of the park. The hotel was driving distance to the Target and other local places. Having Valet was nice.

I did not enjoy how the room did not come with a fan. The room did get decently cool. For the price we paid, I thought the room would have been more themed then just having a wallpaper behind the beds.

Nice location with nice staff.

There was some hair in our bathroom floor and our towels when we arrived. Besides that it was clean.

John's warm welcome! And the super short distance to Disneyland's entrance.

I couldn't shut my airco off. (It turned out the thermostat wasn't linked) And the bath tub isn't really a bath tub.

The location was great. Very close to the park allowed for us to come back walking to take nap breaks for our toddler.

Would be nice to have continental breakfast available.

The location is perfect. About a 10 min walk to Disneyland.

The staff are not accommodating. The room was very dusty. Keurig coffee maker was covered in dust. An open coffee creamer set was open. The sheets had hairs on it when I pulled back the cover.

The receptionists whom I met were very nice and kind to us. One of them recommeded the tropical beer to my us. My partner didn't try one when he showed us the beer. He loved it once he tried one during our stay. He was appreciated his advice.

I wss shocked to see a momo which was crumpled a piece of paper into a ball like a trash. That was a memo I wrote on saying "Thank you for cleaning this room. Here's a tip for you." to a room keeper. I don't mind whether she would throw away after leaving the room, but she left it on the drawer in front of TV. I could find it easily after I came back from Disneyland. What does it mean? Should I have left more tips for her???

Beds were comfortable, we were on the top floor could see the fireworks from the balcony. 10 min walk to Disneyland.

Pillows were full of air, as soon as you put your head on it, it deflated. No fan in bathroom.

it was a good location just across to Disneyland entrance… clean and comfortable room, friendly and nice staff.

The game room not all the arcade we’re working some just ate the coins.
