Faucet in sink is too large for size of sink. Spout makes it hard.

Lovely warm welcome when we arrived. The lady showed us to our room and was very helpful. The room was lovely and clean. You can pre order breakfast and are happy for you to create your own breakfast if available. Husband has said the breakfast was the best he’s had in a while. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay. Good location to walk into York and close.to York.Station. The room, had plenty of space for the Delux.Room. bed and pillows were relly comfy. Our only gripe would be the water.pressure. The.shower is a challenge especially if you need to wash your hair! We also felt charging for parking on the premises was excessive considering the rooms aren't cheap. Breakfast was very nice anf freshly cooked, but again an additional cost £20!

The rooms were very noisy, both inside and outside. Guests were coming in at all hours and you could hear everything. And the road was quite loud with the windows obviously not being soundproofed in any way.

Stayed with daughter to combine sightseeing in York whilst viewing University.
Truly delightful stay, cheaper than Premier Inn, super friendly & helpful staff.
Convenient location, would definitely recommend!

All staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

Hotel was perfect for our weekend trip to York. Despite the 20 minute walk into the town centre, this hotel makes up for it with the quality of rooms, friendliness of the staff and the breakfast was fantastic.
Next time we visit York we will be sure to stay here again.

A lovely hotel that maybe favours form over functioni.e. The Bathroom sink looks nice but is too small to be used without getting the bathroom drenched, the shower has no shelving for any products so they had to be left on the floor and you couldn’t turn the main light off without getting out of bed. Overall a nice hotel that just needs some simple tweaks to make it great.

Extensive travelling in the UK this is the best hotel yet. Helpful friendly staff, comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower, lovely furnishings and super clean. Lots of streaming choices on the tv. Breakfast was delicious.

We had a room for 2 night, we meet by friendly and helpful staff at reception on arrival and given and tour of hotel and Shown to are room
The room was spacious clean Excellent shower and Extremely comfy bed
Great facilities like breakfast with lots of options and excellent food
The option of Sharing board(Meat or cheese)for the evening and again Excellent quality food
Thank you to the staff For making it a quality experience
Overall, I would highly recommend this place
