The entire staff was wonderful and I would stay here again. Very convenient walkable location and super quiet .. just contstruction next door but wasn’t a problem at all. We loved our stay here. Wonderful experience!!

The hotel is fine, very close to the best places in Provenza. However, there is construction work that wakes you up in the mornings from Monday to Friday. The restaurant service is very slow, and they didn't always change my bath towels. The jacuzzi doesn't have bartender service all the time. The hotel is okay, but there are many areas for improvement.

The mini fridge also did not work. They changed our room but the second room also did not have a working fridge. When we checked out they said they would refund me half of one night, but after following up for three months straight I can tell they are just giving me a run around claiming “Accounting will process the payment during the next cycle”. Room amenities like hot water and a working fridge are basic when staying at a hotel of this caliber, and the blatant lie about getting a refund is very poor customer service.

The facilities and the room were very good. There was a construction side of the hotel. There was not much privacy and we could not open the curtains to see the city view. A lot of noise from the construction.
