The property was in a quiet street, with a tree outside. The building is attractive and not too big. It was also very convenient for the underground. We really liked the general atmosphere.

Very nice hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Definitely recommend this location, it is close to the train station and lots of food options are nearby.

I like to walk barefoot. I feel the floor needed deep cleaning. Mother’s room had some mold on aircon vent. Other than that, place was great.

Very nice hotel, spacious accomodations. Good location, close to great shopping and train station (MK line and JR station). My stay was for six (6) days and it was pleasant from start to finish. Very professional and courteous staff. Will stay again during my next visit.

Very spacious compared with other hotels in Japan at a very reasonable price. Very modern room.

Parking Space and the road in front of parking space is narrow. Sight viewing is not good without 5th Floor.
Food in the restaurant was delicious.

It was ok. Staff was friendly (borrowed umbrellas because it rain a couple of days). The Annex rooms seemed to be less cared of than the new area.
