I stayed there for umrah, and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.. clean, quiet, thd lady at the reception was friendly and helpful, they have probably the greatest breakfast selection I've seen and I have been to a lot of countries.. they provide a bus to haram 5 times a day.. I literally can't find a mistake at this hotel.. perfect I recommend for anyone going to madinah

The hotel was nice and clean and provided shuttle service to and from the Haram. Their breakfast buffet had plenty of options as well. Staff was nice and friendly as well.
The hotel isn't too far from Masjid-Nabawi but due to road closure, getting to the masjid and back was a hassle as taxi would have to take a long detour.

Just abit far from the Haram due to all the construction works takes around 20mins on the free shuttle service - other than that the hotel is amazing
