The staff was wonderful, attentuve, and helpful. The beach was absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be bck.

Extreme and absurd beach restriction measures for an adults-only hotel! They kept the RED FLAG up almost the entire time of our stay and did not even allow people to go to the shore in light waves, terrible for those who went to enjoy the beach.

Everything this resort is like the name excellence! The food, shows, service, quality and the best entertainment team!!!

I liked the private pool on the roof and the food. I felt it need upkeep and the spa was the most expensive I have encountered. A .blowout was $80.

Beautiful resort with lots of dining options! We didn’t get to take advantage of the water sports because the water was rough. Big pools with numerous bars. Staff constantly around to assist with drinks and food. We would definitely stay at another Excellence property again.

Everything was a great experience, we thoroughly enjoyed evwry aspect. The activities to the food for were great.

This was a vacation that I took with family and it was amazing. Let's start with the positives the staff are amazing!!! I mean amazing they are there to help you with any questions, request they are at your complete disposal. All my special request were fulfilled I like to give a shout out to Yessica!!! at the front desk super accommodating and sweet and professional and a shout out to Johnathan the luggage and bell boy was amazing and was fantastic. The property is beautiful they well maintained the grounds and the beach and pool was the best pools I ever went to it was more then enough pool and beach lounge chairs they even have the soft chairs available so it more comfortable to rest, sleep, read or enjoy the view. The bar had great speciality drinks and even had the whole coconuts for drinks which my husband really enjoyed. The room and dinning areas were super clean and felt very safe. The only complaint I have was the dinning options they can work on this area entirely the food was lack luster especially the Lobster House and Spice. The breakfast Buffet was excellent at Kitchen Table and las Oras the beach bar for pizza, hamburgers, fries etc was consistent good. Overall its a great property , excellent staff, and Really enjoyed my birthday.... Thank you puta Canca Excellence

This resort is great! Very clean, eco friendly, and staff are very nice. Mini Barbie and Coca-Cola are so attentive and you can tell they love their job. I hope they are still there when I go back, which I plan to! The night performances were also Entertaining and professional.

Extremely enjoyable. Everything top notch. No complaints whatsoever. If you join the Excellence Club and are therefore able to eat at Magna, Jose Luis is a tremendous waiter in addition to being very sociable. We live in Santo Domingo and have been to a great many five star all inclusives in the country and this is our favorite! All of the employees are friendly and helpful.

The room was always maintained and there was help with anything you needed, everywhere you turned. This is my second stay here. The first was 10 years ago, and was scared it went down hill. It certainly did not. It was better now than it was back then. I look forward to returning soon!

The overall stay was excellent. Beautiful property, lots of activities daily, beautiful pools, amazing staff. Not really a fan of the food. Although all of the restaurant staff from the host to the waiters and everyone in between were so nice and accommodating. Both of our rooms a/c smelled of mildew. Our second night the tub leaked and we were moved to a different room. The first rooms view was gorgeous and I feel like they did their best to make sure of that since it was my partners birthday.
