This massive 6-bedroom villa with maid's room is perfect for families who seek the perfect getaway, surrounded by nature and secure community. Upon entrance, a huge living area welcomes our guests, having a large L-shaped sofa with two individual cushioned couches. The indoor plants, provides a natural feel to the room. Access to balconies is leading to mesmerizing view of The Palm community and Palm Beach. Admire Atlantis The Palm from afar while enjoying water activities exclusive to the guests and residents.
The master bedroom has an enormous wardrobe surrounded by vanity mirrors, perfect for fashionistas by heart, also it has a sofa seating along with a coffee table. The remaining 5 bedrooms have double beds as well as a twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms. To provide these bedrooms a grandeur, each of them has a varied chandelier setting.
The villa boasts 2 sets of dining rooms with 6 and 10 guest seating arrangement, made for large gatherings. The kitchen has a huge space, with a middle island that caters our guest with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and oven, electric kettle, stovetop, refrigerator, and a dishwasher for your convenience.
The Villa has a Garage and outdoor parking, barbecue grille attached to the covered patio lounge set, that allows you to have your favorite charred appetizers and meals, while enjoying the sunset and sun-beds adjoining your very own private pool, where you can get a tan while sipping your favorite drink.

General Provisions
-The Company is allowed to ask the Guest to leave the property without any refund if the Guest does not respect these Terms & Conditions or the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
-The Villa is only to be used for residential purposes and cannot be used for Parties, events or any film shooting purposes.
-The Company operates a no smoking policy at the Property.
-The Guest shall refrain from committing any illegal activities or similar acts such as nuisance to the neighborhood that may lead to the police or other authority interference and shall take all precautions in all security and legal measurements.
-Cleaning is not included in the room rate provided for Villas, however it can be arranged with the additional cost.
-We do not allow pets in the Villa.
-Losing keys will incur a fee.
Please note the following:
-Full pre-payment required & booking will be non-refundable & not amendable.
-Security deposit of 10000 AED to be paid at the time of check in and will be refunded at the time of check out, if no damage.
-Visitors are allowed from 9am-10pm only after registration.
-All ids should be sent 1-2 day before Emirates ID ( front and back side ) or passport photo.
-Check-in time is 4 PM & check-out at 12 PM.
-The security deposit will be collected as a guarantee against return of the apartment in good condition or in case there is no property damage which can be payable by either cash or card. This will be returned within 7-14 days after the end of the booking period. The security deposit will cover any damages or stains found during the checkout inspection in the apartment and will not be refunded upon any signs of smoking inside the apartment.
