Excellent standards which are to be expected from a Double Tree Hotel. Great choice of buffet breakfast. Double twin beds. Whole set up was excellent. Great pool and amenities. Super clean and close to airport which is very convenient. Highly recommend.

The rooms are lovely. The bed very comfortable and nice pillows. Modern bathroom and nice bathroom products to use.

You can hear foyer noise in your room. Can get a bit loud sometimes.

Everything from the check-in to check-out is perfect. The exceptionally friendly and supportive staff, especially Manusha. All the facilities and the food are absolutely amazing.

Beautifully clean, great pool, fantastic reception staff and everything we needed.

Have stayed here many times over the past 25 years. The standard of service is consistently excellent and the pool is the best in Darwin. Recent upgrades to the hotel room bathrooms and the swimming pool area have been thoughtfully and tastefully done.

Room 516, corner lamp did not work + toilet paper roll holder loose but those are just comments allowing issues to be sorted.

For some reason I had a double bed room, not sure why. Had trouble with reception and wifi connection at times.

Our room was meant to be a sea view but was a view of a tree and room is VERY OUTDATED and DIRTY!! Won’t stay EVER AGAIN.

Oh dear - it was certainly not what we expected from a Hilton! The room was tired. The kettle/jug for hot water was like a $5 KMart special! the lid did not open so water had to be put through the spout - reported to reception but no action or replacement. Asked for wine glasses they didn't come. Although we were two in the room supplies (milk and hot choc) just for one - minimal. The bathroom needed an upgrade - rust marks in the bath! NO assistance offered with bags to and from the room. Asked for wine variety Pinot Noir was listed but told not had it for a couple of months. Food service at dinner was almost non existent so second night we went to Garden Hilton next door which was FABULOUS with better menu, food, wine and service.

Central position and clean.

Given a room right next to elevator, was advised it was an upgrade yo what we had asked for, what a joke. Room service absolutely hopeless, it took over an hour and a half for a toastie. Dining room delivered incorrect meals from what was ordered. Definitely slipped since we stayed there before. Will not be staying there again. Do not like that every night is a different price.

The facilities were excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was wonderful. It was very good to have laundering facilities. We were within walking distance of several attractions. We had a most enjoyable evening walk from the Wharf back to the hotel (approx 30 minutes).

The shaded area around the pool was limited. Instructions for using the washing machines were not very clear and I had to explain to a few other people how to use the app and pay. It would also have been helpful to include washing powder - even a vending machine containing small sachets of powder.
