I can’t tell how was it hence I’d have made a wrong reservation without breakfast when I supposed to selected the one with the breakfast ...... so ...🙄🙄🙄

The thing is that I’ve had asked for the room to be clean up but the room service arrived so late and they don’t even vacuum the carpet or the floor in the other rooms... so disappointing to asked but haven’t been heard. I can understand if they’re coming late by the overwhelming arrival due to Christmas holidays coming, but at least explain it to me and try to get back to me by really cleaned up the room.

Its apartment with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, which is fit with my need. The locations.

First impression this hotel really need new investors. It is an old hotel and none care to maintain the unit. The aircon in the living room and in the study room is leaking. Water dripped to the television and carpet, made the room stinks. The carpet in every room did not glue properly so it stuck out from the edge of the wall. The furniture paint is damaged and stained. The shower holder in the main bathroom is broken. The electronic like TV and Washing machine is old, no hanger to hang the laundry. Not only the propergy is bad but the staff seems no care about their service. The way the clean the unit is so bad. They clean the table in the living room with the tissue, didnt bring cleaning tools or towel. They washed dishes, changed the toiletries, towel, made the bed, then left without ot sweeping or moping. It took only 5 minutes! Wow. It is bizzare that no supervisors checked. The Chef at Porta Veneza is unbelievable. My boy order sandwich, it came 3 pieces. 1 pieces uneatable because the meat is so hard, the second sandwich has raw chicken meat! When we complained they apology and sent the pizza to our room but the pizza is horrible. Where is the management get this Chef?? The restaurant is expensive and not worth to the money. Location wise is great, right in the middle of busy Jakarta but it is not enough to keep the customer if none of the management or owner of this property don't care. This hotel will ruin in soon.

Friendly staff; very quick check in; beautiful make over of the restaurant; clean appartment. City view is beautiful.

Laundry service too expensive we were very shocked! We could not put the shower into the holder as holder is incorrectly mounted. Just 2 coffee/tea cups, no coffee/tea spoons. No plastic bags in the bins. We arranged 'late check' out but the water system was locked. Once called and re-activated dirty water came out the taps so we could not get a shower before our long distance journey back home.

We could check in 2 hours earlier. The guy that helped us check in at the reception was helpful and friendly.

Too crowded at the breakfast restaurant. Not so hygienic. The room and the furniture were very outdated, dirty .. the kitchen was not equipped with cooking utensils. Bathrooms had no fan, so they were damp. The AC in the living room was set on timer.

For me, location is the best one due to it's location at the center of Jakarta. Another thing that I like from this hotel was the gym/fitness center facilities.

1. I have to book / make an appointment before using the gym. 2. most of the furnitures are too old and not well maintained. 3. Lift/Elevators were too narrow.

This kind of apartment property in the heart of Jakarta is very convenience, I like the location, the receptionist was very friendly and the room also very big space - clean also even this is old hotel apartment but well maintain , well done

1. breakfast why so simple and very boring - this type hotel shall have more variety choice of breakfast 2. the car park payment very damn expensive even for a guess 3. even in a most majority muslim country like indonesia, they never provide you sajadah for pray - so u need to bring along your own sajadah 4. lift got problem one of those lift is midst of reparation - so could be long Q to enter the lift only

The suites are spacious and easily able to accommodate a family of 4. It's useful to have some kitchen facilities too.

The rooms have seen better days. They need an upgrade.
