Perfect spot for our group of 8 ranging in age from 7 to 83. Plenty of space. Great location 1 block (easy walk on quiet street) to beach. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Great covered patio with furniture by pool. We spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub. As mentioned in other reviews, the road behind the house is busy but there is a wall around the pool. Noise from the road didn't bother us at all. Front of the home is on a quiet street. We have 3 kids and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic stay!!!! You can’t beat the location being so near the beach, and it was near a lot of restaurants as well. The property manager Ronnie was very responsive and very friendly. Having a laundry room on site was wonderful, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. With our family of 10, this place had plenty of space for us to all spread out and enjoy our own TV shows. There were always plenty of towels and the property is well equipped with beach and pool toys.

Everything was perfect! The family and I had one of our best weeks of vacation yet! The Beach is right there. The pool and everything was just as described. We won’t stay anywhere else in Fort Lauderdale again! This place is it!

Property manager was excellent. House in good condition. Very close to private beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Did not have lounge chairs at pool but beach chairs were fine. Easy to bike and jog. Only negative comment is that it is not quite four bedrooms. The “ fourth” bedroom with a trumble has bath but no closet. It is also immediately adjacent to kitchen table so not ideal for a toddler who goes to sleep early . We just put her in the large washer/dryer room and it worked out fine.

Had a wonderful stay at the house and even looking to book again for 2025 as we loved the house and features soo much. 4 bedrooms with all en-suite bathrooms to give everyone privacy. Kitchen and dining room with living room was great as open concept and we thought it was initially small, but perfect size for our group. We didn’t use the upstairs living room, but was nice to have the extra space. The 2nd floor balcony was great and used daily (can’t see the water, but perfect for morning coffee). Fridge/cabinetry space was excellent. The best part was the adjustable temperature of the pool and hot tub. Was great to have it be warm with having a toddler with and being able to turn up the hot tub at night. The sitting space outside is wonderful along with the tv there as well. Another great feature is the amazing Ronnie property manager that lives next door to say hi and help with any small item. We borrowed a hand mixer and grater from him for a special dip we wanted to make. That is one of the best features, because a great property manager makes the stay great! Thanks Ronnnie! They have all the soap/shampoo/conditioner in all the showers along with laundry detergent. Was amazing to do laundry daily. 1 king rm & 1 trundle rm on 1st floor. Backing up to the busy road was actually a positive for our family as we had a toddler and they like to scream from time to time and being able to play music outside during day time. We love listening to music and this house allowed that! We previously stayed on the same street but more north and we couldn’t really play music due to houses on both sides of the property and an apt building behind the house. This house has an empty lot on one side, Ronnie on the other then the road so it’s just perfect. Perfect stay and was really happy with the 1 block to the beach. We went multiple times a day because it was so close (2-3 min walk). They have all the beach items as well. I have those below. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I did use a baby rental company for some items I didn’t want to travel with, but there was actually more baby items at the house then listed that I could have saved myself from renting/flying with. So here is a list so you don’t have to pack these: -Toddler rails (2 of them),Potty seat (2 of them), High chair, Pack n play, Life jackets and puddle jumpers (infant and toddler), Beach toys, Couple noddles, Beach chairs (4 beach level and 2 big), Cart, Pool towels, Coolers, Beach Umbrella.

Excellent home with A plus service from Ron. The flooding rains that belted the area did not put a damper on our stay! The home and property were amazing! Totally enjoyed our family time

This lovely home was clean and comfortable. We were a short walk to the beautiful beach. The hot tub and pool were a wonderful bonus. The owner was quick to respond to any inquiries and was very easy to work with. We loved our visit and would absolutely return.

Center Beach Oasis is everything it appears online. Great location - cannot beat it. It’s in a very comfortable, well- kept neighborhood with quick, easy access directly to the beach, as well as to Ocean Dr. The home is lovely and clean. The pool, hot tub and covered outdoor space made for enjoyable evenings, even when it rained. The property manager, Ron, is very responsive, friendly and helpful with even the smallest queries. We stayed with our three adult sons and found it to be just perfect. The location made it easy for everyone to go out for early or late beach walks or coffee or night life, and still kept us together for meals. We would definitely look to come back here the next time we meet in Ft Lauderdale.

Stayed at this property with my adult children and grandchildren. House and property were exactly as pictured and described. Can't beat the 1 1/2 blocks to the almost private beach plus all the beach and pool "stuff" they have available. Hot tub/spa was large and enjoyed. Owner and manager were so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the house, pool, hot tub and easy walk to beach. Great location. Found everything we needed in kitchen and beach stuff. Only thing is it backs to A1A so bring your ear plugs for sleeping on that side of the house. Can be noisy.

We loved our stay. The house was just perfect for the adults and babies. Ron was super helpful in every way. Location to the beach was unbeatable. And the pool was terrific for all the kids. We will be back. Thanks so much.

Great location, near the beach. Comfortable house, the pool and the outside area perfect. The house had everything we needed and the property manager Ron, was very responsive and kind, to any questions we had. It was a really comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is only one block from a really nice, quiet section of the beach. The house has a great layout with very spacious bedrooms and the kids all loved the pool and spa.

Spacious and comfortable home, convenient to the beach, and nearby restaurants. Received super attentive service from next door property manager, Ronnie, when we had an issue with the fridge early in our stay. Great communication with owner and super easy checkin and checkout. Home is great for larger family/friend gatherings. We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers and plenty of room to spread out. Home is exactly as described and is extremely well managed.

This property is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. It has large bedrooms with their own bathrooms making it perfect for our family with adult kids. Pool area is relaxing and it is a very short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back!

We had a disastrous time traveling with almost a 2 day delay! The property manager, Ron and owner Bill were very communicative and helpful! Ron went out of his way to intercept our Instacart order so we had groceries when we arrived (4am arrival!) This property couldn't have been more perfect for us. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we could need for the pool and beach. The location is perfectly located, only one block from the beach in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool and hot tub!! The beds were comfortable and the entire trip, minus our horrific traveling to actually get there- was relaxing and spent so much quality time as a family! Our kids were especially sad to say goodbye, but we hope to come back to this property annually! Thanks for everything- Love- The Pursels

This house was perfect for Spring Break with 2 families, including 6 kids ages 1-8. The 2 master bedrooms and 2 "kids' rooms" gave us all plenty of space. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the beach was just a short walk. The house had everything we needed from towels to umbrellas, beach chairs, beach/pool toys, and even a beach caddy. Owner checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this house and would love to stay again sometime!

We stayed here for spring break with our two children (14 and 10) and had a wonderful visit. The property was equipped with everything we needed, the beach was a very short, easy walk from the house (made easier by the provided beach cart), and the property manager was communicative and helpful. We enjoyed how quiet this stretch of beach was — no crowds! — and loved the outdoor living space in the backyard.

The house was very clean and the outdoor space was awesome. The security gate around the pool made our stay peaceful as we had kids from 1 to 6 with us. Ron the property manager was very accomodating

Stayed for a week and the house was perfect for 3 couples. Bill the owner and Ron the property manager were great people to deal with. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

We were there for our daughters wedding with family. The house was great for beach access, the pool, dinners with family. We would definitely return. Ron, the house manager was helpful and attentive - making sure the grill had propane and all of our needs were met. The house layout was roomy - and the bedrooms spacious and comfortable.

This property is well maintained, clean and well laid out with space for at least 9 adults. Their were extra spaces to have separate time away if need be and a wonderful large, comfortably furnished out door area with pool and hot tub.. The kitchen was terrific with everything we needed. Also it was a great place for walking/running. Very safe area. Also walkable to good resturants and shopping. We would difinetly stay here again.

The house was immaculate and exactly what it was described as. Location is really great. We just had a great time in the hot tub and pool and walk to the beach. There’s even a nearby beach side bar. Easy check in. I hope you come back soon.

We wanted a place for 8 adults to celebrate a milestone family birthday. This was perfect. The home was beautiful and It had everything we needed. Loved the outside with the covered area, pool, and hot tub. Close to the beautiful beach. Private and intimate gathering area! Loved it!

Nice house in a great location within walking distance to the beach. Very comfortable and the property manager lives next door and quickly responds to requests. One recommendation I can make is for the property manager to do a walk through with guests upon arrival to show them where everything is and how to use the technology or have an instructional sheet handed out in advance- it would have eliminated the need to call the property manager every time. There are advance TVs in the house, expensive fridge, hut tub and lots of remote controls and we either had to figure out how to use all this on our own or call him. For example, we needed extra blankets and could not find them and they were in a large chest in the living room or the fridge did not cool our food initially and we tried adjusting the temperature but then we’re told that it self adjusts, or we could not figure out how to use the remote for the hut tub. I hope this is taken into account for future guests.

The property was just as described. The home is lovely and literally steps from the beach. The beach was not crowded and very family oriented. There were 5 adults and 3 children under 12, and we all had plenty of room. It was really nice having 2 separate living areas. The children had their own lounge and TV area and the adults had their own space downstairs. There were plenty of games for family fun and the pool and hot tub was awesome! When not at the beach, we spent much of our time hanging out barbecuing and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms had plenty of toiletries. We would definitely rent this property again. Also, Ron, the all around custodian/ maintenance person was extremely helpful and attended to all our inquiries promptly.
