shower dirty- hair from last guest in it, makes you really wonder about the cleaning of the rest of room

There are free coffee and water all day.

Hotel’s name sign is very small. Almost I missed.

It was close to my friend’s place in Goffstown

No shady parking. The corner of the parking lot seemed like a local hangout.

Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. All day coffee in the lobby.

Room was very clean and nice

They had a person who booked a room for a few weeks to have surgery got to leave his car in the front handicapped because he was in the hospital spot i understand he was handicapped but the car should be parked elsewhere which was inconvenient for other handicapped people to use that spot on regular bais. Was not able to use pool area due to a party booked for it plus 3and half hours loud party music could not hear the tv in our room was ridiculous. Spoke to staff they said party would be done soon but once the people at the pool were addressed about the noise by staff they just turned music up louder party actually went longer then they told the staff it would be.Was very dissatisfied and disappointed that as paying guest all I got I'm sorry u did not like stay there nothing much we can do with pool party going on at least when someone books,a pool party the other people book rooms on those dates should be notified that it's not available for there use .I SPECIFICALLY booked the hotel for the pool use and second time called the desk I was asked to change rooms at 830 at night I'm handicapped it was late was I was not up to pack up and move rooms .also phone in the room was not even hooked up to call the front had to use my phone. I did get a comp on my but still think it was not comped enough

The cleanliness of the breakfast was not great. There was dirty buttons on the juice and the handles on the waffle makers were sticky too. the high chair was the absolute worst it had caked in food all over the place and it was sticky and disgusting. The room needed to be better kept the blinds were missing a few slots. And the bath tub was dirty and needed washed down. Our interaction with staff was sub par and borderline rude. They seemed to have no patience and were over all unhelpful. Also the noise on Saturday night was insane and no one was making sure that it was quiet. It was 1:30 am and people were still playing music and knocking on doors.

It was clean and up-to-date.

Small bathrooms and the tub wasn't quite cleaned properly.

Was near where our event was.

Noisy. Our window didn't shut all the way, so you could hear the traffic. Also was not near the airport.
