Staff was unprofessional, and aggressive. Treated me as a stereotype not a valued guest.

No hot water in the morning, empty dispensers for shampoo and lotions. Additionally the dispensers falling off the wall, and breakfast was very disappointing.

We were robbed and it was clearly an inside job License showed up at a local bank in attempted fraud Last day of trip it miraculously showed back up Never got towels for 4 days Said they were on a will call basis

Location to restaurants in area and proximity to airport.

Stayed 2 nights. First night the A/C malfunctioned and would not turn off regardless of how I set thermostat. I ended up unplugging it but didn’t not sleep at all. Sink drain was also clogged. Breakfast was terrible both days. Both days, they were out of food at 6:45 and the girl running it had a terrible attitude. No coffee either at 6:45. I told the girl at the front desk, and her solution was to ask me why they didn’t make coffee that morning. Um, I don’t know if they made coffee, but they were out at 6:45 and the girl who was supposed to be taking care of breakfast was AWOL. No problem solving skills; just deflection. Came back from business meetings all day to find that the A/C and sink drain had been repaired, but the bathroom floor was filthy after repairs and the room had not been cleaned. Well guess what, it’s their “policy” that they only clean the room every other day. I requested another room and they moved me. The second room’s mattress was worn out and smelled musty. I ended up Febrezing the bed bc of the smell. I would avoid this place. It must be a franchised location with owners who do everything as cheaply as possible. I hope this helps someone avoid a terrible experience.

Breakfast was well done especially for a family, great location

The room smelt horrible and wasn’t clean. The pool was kind of clean and the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived or when we left.

Staff great
