Very clean modern great location 

My room was right next to the outdoor area, and I was very unhappy that the music played loudly all night long.  if it wasn’t for that it would’ve got a 10 but because they never shut that music off it’s a 7

Super clean room with workout equipment! Tons of space, super friendly staff and close to SNHU Arena were I was headed for a concert.

Nothing negative that I could bring up during my stay!

I don't like how my room ceiling caved in with water and my room got flooded and my stuff got destroyed and they couldn't even give us a free night or partial refund

the room I had smelled like a locker room and was making me sick got a new room which wasn't mush better

Shower had nice gels and shampoos but 2 of 4 bottles were not working. No breakfast in the AM.

Everything was perfect for my family.

Very nice place as it’s been remodeled recently. Front desk staff was very polite but not very helpful.

Check out is 11. Check in is 3pm. I got there shortly after 5pm after traveling all day and my reserved room wasn’t ready yet. Was told it would be done in ten min. Waited 45 min and room still wasn’t ready. Canceled and went elsewhere. Fortunately they refunded me.

The Aura and cleanliness was great! The room was a decent size, and the beds were comfortable. They also had a kids activity room (which was small) but had a lot of board games and outdoor items (which we didn't try because of weather).

Unfortunately the staff was not very reasonable. I had paid extra through booking.com to include breakfast. When I checked in, I asked about breakfast and they told me that breakfast did not start until Tuesday (we got there saturday). So they gave me $15 to their snack bar, which my son and I bought 1 drink each with. When Tuesday came, I went downstairs to check out breakfast around 8am. The kitchen and dining area was open, so I asked the server/bartender how breakfast worked. Since I had prepaid for breakfast, he said there would be a credit on my room and if i had any questions, to ask the front desk. I put my order in and went to the front desk to make sure all was okay, I had spent $12and left a $4 tip, so my total was $16 and change. A few days later after we had checked out, I realized that they charged the $16 onto my debit card, separate from my room bill. I called that Friday and was told a manager would call me back. I waited a week and no one ever called me. I called again, and unfortunately the staff kept telling me that when they gave me the $15 voucher, it was for breakfast and not the snack area. I told them, that nowhere on the voucher did it say breakfast! I dont understand how they think a $15 voucher, would cover breakfast for 3people, for 3 mornings (2 of the mornings they didn't even offer breakfast). I told the worker that the $16 wasn't the issue. The issue is how they went about breakfast from the first time I asked about it. The staff was so unreasonable and obviously didn't comprehend what I was upset about. They never reached out, returned the money, or offered an apology. I will probably never go there again.

Nice clean and new hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Good hours for restaurant, bar and pool. Maybe having free coffee in morning. The water in lobby was nice. Simplicity is nice.
