Centrally located large room nice breakfast area nice area to just read

No dark curtains ...room directly under light. One bed mattress was too soft slept in one clise to window. Only one light worked near bed. Furniture was old scratched

Breakfast was good, the room was good, the staff was amazing and extremely helpful, understand the place is under renovations not much you can do about that

The breakfast area was cramped but the food was always hot and enjoyable. The attendant for the breakfast area was an absolute delight. It was busy every morning, but he made sure that everything was always stocked and waiting for the guests.

Our room, however, was a complete joke. The closet in the room was broken and would keep opening throughout the day. What made the stay irritating was the fact that our room was never cleaned while we stayed. We stayed 5/6 days and we didn't receive any service to our room. We had to track down housekeeping every time we needed a towel and when they did say they will clean the room, they only left one towel and didn't actually touch the room.

The breakfast was the best and only good part of our stay besides the pool!

The price was way to high there were a lot of people who weren’t staying there and my wallet got stolen from my room before I checked out. I brought this to the attention of the Supervisor manager and general manager. & they denied that it was any of there employees though the only people who could get in the room besides me was the cleaning service. The employees that were helpful in helping me pinpoint what was going on was an employee name. Teia and employee named Bobbie-Jo masters. I called the police and made a police report so that supervisor. Manager and general manager or not helpful at all actually lied to me and told me that there was cameras in the hotel, which there’s only cameras at the entrances not the entrances to the elevators the entrances to the hotel, the front and the back. They were not compassionate to my situation. They had no sympathy, and they did not offer any type of value what was taken out of my wallet on my wallet and R-value of nice day. I will never stay there again.

Elevator was not working - was not informed of this until after arrival after payment date. Room was on the third floor ☹️

Staff was very attentive and helpful. They smiled and the place was clean and organized and I felt very welcomed and cared for. Location was superb.

The building was a bit dated but the signs said it was about to be renovated.

Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly.

The only thing we weren’t fans of was that there was a dog in the breakfast area. It would be best if they restrict pets from entering where guests are grabbing their food.

We always stay at this chain because it's overall a really good value. The breakfast is killer. It's very clean within reason.

The elevator was broken at this location while we were there, but this stuff happens and it wasn't a big deal.

It was a good location the staff was friendly the breakfast was very good.

The room we had had a funny smell to it and the bathroom floors were very sticky. We actually brought our own wipes and wiped down the whole room to make it smell better.

The building was clean, the staff was professional and I enjoy my food.

It is hard for me to tell something that I didn't like because the hotel was good for me.
