The staff was super friendly: caring, accommodating, excellent. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the location was great for its value. We really appreciated breakfast and easiness in reaching our final destination (we were traveling to Bedford to visit friends and needed a one–day stayover near kids-friendly activities and all the stores and resturants.

The one thing that was not good is that someone had been smoking in one of the two suites in which our family stayed. The smell lingered even though we kept windows in the bedroom semi-open (weather permitting).

It is clean and in a good location.

Though clean and comfortable, it is older and dated. The furniture and lamps have seen better days and some of the caulking could use a refresher.

I've been at this hotel many times in the past. Always pleased. Nice rooms even if outdated, killer location, nice breakfast too, usually .

But this time, the breakfast is a BIG problem. They're out of almost everything, no choice of beverages at all besides coffee and water, no muffins, no pastries, choice of hot food didn't change every day as it used to do and there's always something missing. They even miss cardboard plates!! It's unbelievable. They say it's because the hotel has been sold out too many times and their food orders didn't arrive. Please get your act together regarding breakfast or give a credit when it's not a good option like this time. Not pleased having to pay to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant when it's included in my rate.

Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. there are a lot of storage spaces, but the furniture could be renewed, it is outdated.

Same breakfast every day, with a lot of sweets, very few healthy food and no vegetables. Housekeeping only one time in 10 days and only changed our towels. No vacuuming or cleaning

The location is ideal for shopping and entertainment. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and had all of the nessacities. Lots of parking and free too!

The building needs work. The exterior is in need of a face-lift, and lawn maintenance is almost nonexistent. There is painting to be done and repairs for the outside pool area. The hot tub was not operational, and the smell of chlorine at the pool was so strong.

It was so quaint and wonderful. It was a great value. They were so nice, they even got me a goodie bag of snacks and complimentary treats. The rooms handsoaps and body soaps smelled so good.

No complaints, I need to come back here soon.

Pool was closed for maintenance, should have lowered room price, and I was put, and never told of the loud noise, with blasting coming from major road construction that was going on. It went on every day of the week! No one seemed to care.
