The diner attached to the hotel was great at least for breakfast. My wife and I ate at the diner the two mornings we were at the hotel.

The pool was small and ice cold and the hot tub was out of order. The hotel had not enough seating for even two people in the rooms.

Comfortable rooms, nice diner attached we would recommend eating there if you like dinner good.. Pool was clean, and the location is good for the airport. Don't bother paying for breakfast with your room, they just give you a voucher for the diner next door (if they remember), cheaper to just pay for your own breakfast.

We relocated to this hotel to be close to the airport as we had an early flight and the hotel offered an airport shuttle service. We booked and double checked our shuttle booking for the 4am service with 2 different staff members on the front desk. But then arrived at reception at 4am to be told the shuttle had gone and the next one would be 5am. Three other people at reception were told the same, general panic ensued as we all had 5.30am flights. The worst thing was the front desk person took no responsibility other than giving us the number of the local taxi company, basically our name was not on her list, so not her problem. A lack of Ubers and communication problems with the taxi company meant we finally managed to get all of us to the airport at 4.50am. A crap start to our holiday, and a waste of money.

convenient to interstate

Old and depressing in the middle of an industrial park. The on site diner was worthless because they were understaffed and overcrowded with locals.

The location and bus shuttle to Midway Airport are perfect.

LOL- traffic on Cicero drive is always a challenge.
