The property was definitely better than we thought and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had bad experience booking elsewhere and this one is true to descriptions and reviews. would highly recommend and book again.

Beautiful property right in the centre of York. Very comfortable and spacious. The parking space was a real bonus. Would highly recommend and as we were visiting family hope to stay again soon.

I would have given this property 6 stars if I could - 5 for the property and 1 for the brilliant support and communications from the property owner Sharon. The pictures on line are lovely but the property is nicer than they portray - it is so comfortable and perfect for a trip away. And it is located in such a great place with a very short walk over the bridge and you are in the town centre. Don't hesitate to book and you just know that Sharon would be there to help if there were any problems. Thanks again and we will be back and recommend to friends. Thank you.

The location is excellent for the town and sights. Bit difficult to find on arrival by car and perhaps map would be helpful. My sat nav did not show no access streets. Also anyone with a larger SUV or the like will find the entrances and car parking tricky.

House was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated and well equipped. The location is an easy walk into the city and it was great to have free private parking plus a permit for on street parking - great for two couples. The local area was quiet as was the courtyard of houses. Recommended for a convenient and comfortable visit to a lovely city.

This is a great place - furnished with lovely extravagant taste. Close to everything - yet it's quiet and secluded. Large laundry room; beautiful kitchen; 3 large and lovely bedrooms. Everything was spotless and perfectly suited to a short or long stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. Loved it!

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location just a few minutes walk from the centre of York. Host Sharon was brilliant answering any questions we had prior to visit. Will definitely book again next time we are in York.

Such a beautiful home - very well equipped and an excellent location - we’ll definitely be back!

We loved everything about the apartment. It has a new and modern feel. Communication from the owners was top class. The only note is that it was a bit hard to find the place, as Google Maps did not know the exact address. We ended up entering 10 Bishophill Senior, York and then walking 30 steps to the courtyard and finding number 10 in there.

Sharon's townhouse is located in the city and close enough to walk to all the main city attractions. The house is clean, tidy and well appointed. All necessary amenities are thoughtfully provided. I'll happily stay here at my next visit.

Very well located, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see—and extremely clean and comfortable. Everything went exactly as we hoped it would!

Lovely house in a fantastic location

Our stay at Sharon’s house was wonderful. Could not believe how quiet it was and only a five minute walk to the city. We never used our car at all as everything was so close to us. We met Sharon’s cleaning lady and she could not have been more helpful. Lovely and very friendly lady who put a smile on our faces lol. Would highly recommend this house for a holiday to anyone. The property is well kept, clean and has all you require for a few days. Only down side was my grandson was allergic to the rug in front of the fire

We enjoyed a wonderful two nights at this extremely spacious and well-appointed townhouse. The layout provides plenty of room for a large family to spread out, and the bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. We were very impressed by the condition of the property. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids, complete with bunk beds and a small TV just for them. The kitchen was huge and contained everything we would have needed, and the separate laundry room with washer and dryer was a great bonus. Check-in was a breeze, and the owner was very communicative and responsive to our questions. The location is tough to beat, an easy 10-minute walk to virtually any part of the city center. When we make a return trip to York, this will certainly be the first property we search for!

We have stayed may times in York and this property is one of our favorites, great location near to the centre but very quiet at night. Sharon (the host) gave all the relevant information to make it a really superb break

This place suited our family very well. It was clean, cozy, and beautiful, in a quiet location that was a short walk into the city. Also just a few minutes walk to a grocery store and restaurants. A great base for exploring York. We enjoyed our stay!

A lovely base from which to explore York. The house has very good facilities, in a quiet neighbourhood but just a few minutes walk to the centre.

We were very happy with this place. We came in on the train, and it was easy to walk to, plus easy to get to downtown. Plenty of rooms & different spaces for our family with kids to settle in.

We had a fantastic three days here for new year, the house is very comfortable warm and clean there is everything that you need and more. The location is perfect for visiting York.

We had a great stay. The home was easy to access with a car. We had a parking space right out front. We walked all over York and never even needed to drive our car until we left. The home is clean and spacious. It even has a washer and dryer! We had 2 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space. The host was very easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay again if the property is available the next time we come to York.

Just on the edge of the city centre. 5 mins walk to the Dungeons then into the centre of York. Perfectly situated to be so close yet so quiet on an evening. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. Everything you need and more. Highly recommended.
