Everything from the first time walking in and leaving the hospitality was excellent. They gave us a shuttle to take my family to and brought us back when we were done during the night. Bar was amazing and the room service too 1000% recommended them to anyone. We will definitely be back for sure!

Great location if you're in the area for a procedure at Nebraska Medical Center. Be sure to call beforehand for the medical discount. Close to great shopping areas and restaurants. Room was very clean and check in was a breeze.

Some minor maintenance things should be addressed (rusty door frames, vent in bathroom doesn't work, some rust around shower door, minor hard water stains) The bed is very hard and not comfortable.

the room was dirty. the sink and the bath tub didn’t drain so we all couldn’t shower. the sink was slow to drain also. the breakfast wasn’t included. not worth the price.

New and clean, very nice with snack bar and coffee in front very nice staff

Found dirty underwear and shorts in bottom of closet so not sure if they clean very well if they did not pick those up.

The man at the front desk was excellent.

I liked everything.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD; WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE BISCUITS AND GRAVY THE LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD FOR WHAT WE WERE DOING IN TOWN. EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN.

THE COFFEE POT IN THE ROOM DIDNT WORK; THE SINK WAS CLOGGED BUT TAKEN CARE OF. NO OTHER COMPLAINTS

The lady that runs breakfast was the highlight of the whole stay honestly. She was very sweet, accommodating and helpful.

I could hear someone’s tv blasting while trying to fall asleep and there were some others staying on the 4th floor that were literally yelling their conversation through the hallway between 2:30 and 4:30. It was the worst night’s sleep as I could hear everything! The ceiling in our room looked like something had been splattered all over it and barely attempted to clean/cover up. Not what I expected for $200+ for a night!

hot tub, pool, clean, wonderful pillows & blankets, plenty watch on the Television , close to shopping and restaurants, the hostess for breakfast was wonderful

only half the hot tub jets worked, part of the time the hot tub was as cold as the pool, the beds were SO HARD and uncomfortable almost painful, no water pressure in the shower, TV didn’t work(had to get help) for the money the breakfast was not good
