Shuttle from the airport took over an hour to show up. Standing out in the heat and humidity is not pleasant. Cost of the room was exorbitant. They charge $12.00 for a simple mixed drink and if you order a "double", the cost goes to $24.00.

The room was comfortable but was a little dirty. Breakfast was okay but I was disappointed that it was not included in the price. The one lady at the counter told us to help ourselves, the other lady charged us.

The room was a little dirty and I was very disappointed that the website when booking, led me to believe there was a shuttle too and from the cruise port. I called, emailed beforehand just to double check and no one responded. We called the hotel when we got off the ship to get a ride and they said they no longer do that. We ended up getting a taxi and everything was fine BUT....the website makes you believe the hotel is a one stop shop and that was a lie. We arrived at the hotel very early, way before check in. The first lady we dealt with was so unprofessional and rude. When I asked if there was a room or location we could store our luggage for the day, she make a comment to the other worker "these people".....we felt very uneasy. We no longer felt comfortable and I was highly upset. The other lady was very nice but we just felt let down, especially for the price we paid.

the poor windows and constant racing vehicles made for a horrible night. Look elsewhere for your stay.

Some good, some bad, some needed improvements. The beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and responded to request for sheets and pillow for the pullout bed but the pullout bed WAS NOT comfotable because the mattress was thin and was sleeping on springs. The sheets were too big for the pullout. The floor in the walk in shower needs to be slanted more as water was all over the floor. The bathroom needs for the handicap needs a redesign. Parking was good and cost was reasonable while on a cruise.The buffet was worth the price and the kitchen staff and waitress were terrific.

Dirty Small Staff not friendly

The lady with a Jamaican accent in the bar area was super nice and made me smile.

Other than the amazing lady in the bar/lounge, the staff (especially check in) were not professional. They said I didn’t have a reservation and after providing the booking number and info they said I did. I got there early and asked to get a room once one was available so they put me on a list. I sat in the lobby for hours and the lady working checked in numerous people. I went back and ask after sitting 3 hours and she gave me a room. I was charged incorrectly. The bed creaked and made noises. My lights wouldn’t work. My key worked the first night and didn’t the second night.

Room was fine.

Bartender didn’t know what he was doing and charged us incorrectly.

visited on Thanksgiving and menu indicated turkey dinner but they did not have any - so sad after long day on the road
