Everything. I am a repeat customer and this hotel never disappoints. I could not think of going anywhere

Nothing. The hotel and staff are amazing

The room was nice and comfortable, the kids loved the pool. The staff was very nice. The location was perfect. It was very close to the beach and other places we wanted to visit.

The only thing that we didn't like to much was, that on the balcony was no safety net. I think it is not so safe on the 5th floor with kids.

Room

The breakfast room was very smelly. Hodor will get impregnated in the cloth. The lady that attended the breakfast room on Sunday and Monday, was very rude and lacked any courtesy or animosity toward client service.

There wasn’t much good to say. Old and run down hotel.

Old run down hotel with lots of homeless people on every corner.

Clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pool areal could use standing umbrellas. The umbrellas were only on tables.

Nice option to shuttle to busy beach area attractions. Staff was super responsive. Cleaning staff did an amazing job.

Exercise room small and weights began at 25 lbs. some equipment not working.

Dry pleasant atmosphere

Pricing as usual had friend Father pass away thought they might help with cost. Front staff was perfect, very pleasant as well as hotel van drivers

Breakfast was good. There were good choices.

The bathrooms in the rooms could be updated, no exhaust fans.

Was in a good area

rooms were a bit dated and not very clean Pool was not heated and very cold and my kids was looking forward to going in the pool and thay could not and jacuzzi was way too hot

The Jacuzzi wasn't working and instead of giving customers the truth,(which was probably that they are very greedy and didnt want to pay to get it fixed)they gave everyone excuses and the run around about it. Myself and another called about the Jacuzzi not working and were given 2 different answers from the same employee. Can't trust establishments like that
