This property needs to be updated. It wasn’t The cleanest there were hair and dust in the corners of the bathroom. The linen was dingy and old could do for some updating. The top covering needs replacing.

On hold forever with Front Desk - somewhat understandable because of the situation at DFW Sunday nite. Perhaps implement a backup plan for busy times or have auto switch to an alternate number at the facility

Left too early to have breakfast. I was too tired to check outside my room. The complementary shuttle service. Driver was cordial and came in a timely manner.

I really can’t think of anything. Surprised and Inwill use Quality Inn in the future.

Within 1 hr of laying on the bed had rashes and bites from possible exposure to bed bugs. Reached out to the front desk and manager who did not refund the stay even after immediately checking out. The hotel did not respond or refund the next day either. Horrible customer service, dirty rooms and not worth the trouble.

The room was so clean. Very impressive for a hotel of the level.

The tiny gym was like a closet. The equipment was inexpensive and run down.

I arrived and went to get a taxi and was told there was a free shuttle. Looked up the number on Google and was sent to an automated system. After 3 calls finally reached a real person who put me back into the electronic que . Where I was disconnected, I called again a after a few minutes was told by a rude person from site, ' That's what you get for booking with a 3 party'' and was promtly hung up on. I ended up taking a taxi costing $26 for 2 miles. Horrible web site!!

The staff were so helpful as l booked on behalf of my sister, they were so helpful.

Breakfast was just ok for a continental breakfast. Hotel location is good. Generally, I believe I got value for the money I paid.

The WiFi connection is not strong and needs to be improved. It would be good to extend the courtesy buses to operate for 24hrs.

Facilities were adequate.

Despite pictures in website Almost all weights in gym were missing. Staff was not helpful and borderline rude. Shuttle was not adequate in the sense that there were limited spaces - if I had not reserved our spaces earlier in the day we would have to paid extra for cab fare/Uber.

Had call for shuttle from DFW. Staff was overwhelmed with other calls. Should have more staff to assist

The bed was small not a reg queen bed. The restroom was small. The room was not worth a $100 deposit . I want hot breakfast

I don’t usually give 10-star ratings but honestly there just wasn’t anything wrong with the place. Firstly, the shuttle is to you within 30 mins of calling the hotel front desk and it will take you back in the morning in 30-40min intervals which takes all the stress off of you. The hotel is cheaper than the rest around it and it was very comfortable and the room was very cozy. Area was also safe, I walked to the 7/11 at 4:30am before my flight, both gas stations near are open 24hours. These hotels are used for mostly layover passengers and for that purpose I can recommend that 100%. Also, a fitness room with dumbbells if desired.
