Ubicacion de excelente. el personal muy amable y me orientaron en todo momento. Fue mi primera vez mi estancia en esta ciudad.

the building was not attractive and had an “old” feel… room was better but first impression for 240 a night was not positive

carpet in hall needed vacuuming and coffee was cold in lobby

It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good

The mattresses were beyond worn out. They were sloped to the side from where so many people had slept on them. There was a huge hill in the middle of the bed and it was sloped towards the head of the bed putting my legs in a weird position. I tried swapping the mattress around to fix this but it made it worse so I had put it back the way it was. I have never stayed at a Hilton branded property with such bad beds.

Easy in and out

A few complaints about the room. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted and drawers from the vanity were missing. When I went to shower the tub spout came off of the wall and the toilet did not flush properly. There were stains on the bed sheets also noticed the room was not well cleaned.

it’s super clean, the bed is comfortable. the pool was nice. the staff was super friendly and the free breakfast was delicious!! definitely recommend and would stay again

Room had a little smell, possibly from the air conditioner that was a little louder than most.

Could have been cleaner. The air conditioning in the workout facility was not working, and they were aware ...but had not contacted anyone to repair. Place on ground floor, told that was the only king size room were located on the ground floor can not image that to be true. The rooms on both sides of us had dogs. Made you wonder if pets had been housed in our room, even though we reserved a pet free room. Entire unit was not up to the standards we have come to expect at Hampton facilities! Even though we had requested housekeeping on a daily basis when checking in, still needed to request housekeeping before they left for the day! Very disappointing...
