COCKROACHES STINKY ROOM THAT WE HAD TO BUY AIR FRESHENERS. THE SINK IS PLUG AND WON'T DRAIN. THE ONLY THING THE STAFF SAID IS WE WILL TAKE A NOTE BUT NEVER WENT THERE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. VERY BAD SERVICE.

BED BUGS!!! roaches! This property is infested with bed bugs & roaches. I stayed in 2 different rooms & was bit 2 different times by bed bugs! They come in as managers & only put powder on the beds! They clean the rooms with store bought products & willl call Orkin to exterminate!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. All of the rooms have bed bugs

Nothing. The people were rude and disrespectful

It was so filthy. Roaches everywhere. Rugs smelled like eggs and the laundry room was a disaster. I reported them to the department of health. They even confessed they had a roach infestation and refused to give refund!! I have photos of my child sleeping with a roach trying to climb on the same bed. It was a nightmare

The people who checked us in and out were nice. However, the young man (day of checkout) looked unkept (wrinkled, dingy t-shirt, hair not combed). The breakfast had one of my favorites: the automatic pancake maker!

Upon an outward appearance, the facility had "Scottish-styled" windows, but it also came with unwanted guests. While I sat to read in the morning, I was greeted by a roach. I jumped up, and then saw one on the ceiling as well! When I left the room to check out, a neighbor 4 doors down also was checking out after seeing a mouse! My 3 day stay become 1 instead! The employee who checked me out was very courteous. I'm expecting that this is not an unusual complaint as he did not act surprised by my concern.

Good value for money. Somewhere nice and not to expensive to sleep for the night.

People from other hotels came into the main reception and took breakfast,coffee and donuts causing a shortage and naturally for the hotel owners to be cautious about putting more back out as quests from other hotels where taking them causing a shortage for the proper hotel guests. Maybe next time the owners ask to see room keys or some I'd to verify your staying at the hotel and keep the none staying quests out.
