The stay in your hotel was very pleasant, cozy, the room was comfortable, spacious and very bright. very good choice, thank you. Future visits to Los Angeles will surely return.

The proximity to USC and the arena my daughter had volleyball camp at, we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Starbucks and other quick eat locations are on the same block so that was an added bonus too. Love the water bottles we got each day with new fresh towels, gym was small but had everything needed and then some, pool area was nice with plenty of seats and towels.

The elevators were finicky and I seemed to go where it wanted to go; the lobby and hallways seemed stuffy but that could be because I liked having our room cool.

Location

it didn’t have any car to take your luggage to your room. They told us they only have 2 for the whole hotel. We park at the garage next to the property and our rental car got vandalized.

it was very clean and comfortable. the staff was very welcoming and helpful as well. I will definitely coming back.

Our TV had no signal. We were very busy so did not need it. I’m sure they would have taken care of it had we asked.

The was a lovely hotel in a good location for our stay in LA

When we book hotels we are comparing prices. We were charged $35 for overnight parking. This was an additional charge we were not expecting. Booking.com should display the parking charges for hotels.

Close to USC campus, very clean, pool and hot tub.

location was pretty nice and facility itself was nice. rooms were comfortable

would be nice to have a handout or a map of what’s in the area for restaurants, coffee, grocery etc. struggled to find places to eat nearby (hotel restaurants busy due to USC event going on) or clean. check in staff did not give much of a rundown of hotel or where facilities were. paying for parking is kind of annoying considering price of room.
