I loved the personalized treatment from the staff, excellent lovely people working at this location, special shout out Trish T, and her team

Location was good, easy to access
Building needed a lot of maintenance, paint peeling out of pool bottom, etc… breakfast was very disappointing compared to other super 8’s I’ve stayed in. And staff seemed a little on the lazy side as trash cans were often overflowing in the lobby at breakfast time and food was not being replenished as it was eaten.

The manager Ebar, .....I'm not sure I spelled his name correctly ......solved a major problem ! When I arrived booking .com had not notified the location of my reservation,.major problem after a long day on the road . Ebar, worked his magic and found me a room there for the night. God bless him and he should be recognized for his efforts by upper management !!!!!!!!

Dirty, with bed bugs. Whole place was dirty .

Location was good. Staff was very nice.
That there were people living on the 1st floor that have been there a long time. Trash outside everywhere. Elevator broken, Refrigerator didn't work. Made us feel unsafe with our children.

Not clean. Spider inside room. Old room and bed bathroom. Bad bed sheets and refrigerator not working. I was so disappointed with it if I compared to other with same what I paid

everything toliet backed up wouldnt flush’s water pressure was too low when going too front desk to get help front desk worker handed me a plunger

Location was convenient. Front desk gentleman was very nice. Maid was very nice as well! Shower was nice and hot😁😁
There was a big hole in the middle of the bathroom door.... bathroom wasn't very clean. Some kind of fan was running and wouldnt shut off. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Alyshia was the best host. Check in is 3 pm but set up to check in at 11 am. Check out 11 am but able to stay extra hour. And coffee all day that time.

The bathroom was dirty, especially the floors and shower. The fitted sheet on one of the beds were dirty and crusty. The lobby, elevator, breakfast tables and chairs, and other common areas were dirty. They used styrofoam plates and cups for breakfast.

place smelled really bad. dead bugs and stains on the sheets and the comforter. we actually checked out early and didn’t end up staying bc of all the cockroaches crawling around on the walls and the bathroom
