Posizione eccellente, a ridosso di Central Park e vicino Times Square. Stanza grande per la media di New York, bagno in marmo molto elegante e confortevole

Riscaldamento della stanza praticamente inesistente, dal condizionatore preposto usciva aria fredda, al massimo tiepida. Per fortuna il clima in città, durante la nostra vacanza ad inizio dicembre, è stato abbastanza mite, ma nonostante ciò abbiamo sofferto il freddo in stanza. Segnalato il disagio in reception, senza che si risolvesse il problema.

Lack of friendliness with staff especially as we were there for 7 days

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Great location, easy valet parking, good value, clean rooms, friendly staff.

Service at restaurant bar was slow, even though it was mostly empty. The espresso machine wasn't working and it took them twenty minutes to tell us after we ordered our coffees. Minor quibble, but having coffee available for guests is just one of those ground-level basics that hotels should always nail.

air conditioning in room is quite loud, didn’t keep me awake but may bother a light sleeper. Would have loved room service

The room not prepared well (the stuffs), No slippers, toothbrushes, nails clipper, laundry bag, Only one water bottle although our reservation for 2 guests

Used to stay at the Four Seasons and since its closure, switched as the location is similar. (Was) less than half the price in a similar location, with a great rooftop bar.

You expect a bit of construction in New York, but normally where there's major disruption the hotel has a fiduciary duty give you fair warning. Including taxes, paid just short of $700 a night and no such luck with the Le Meridien on this occasion. My room was 120 yards from major demolition right outside my window. The noise started at 7am and was unbearable. I had planned to work in my room, but had to relocate. Luckily works were only Monday - Friday. It's November 2022 at the time of writing and it looks like they could be there for months, so check ahead before booking and make sure you're not north facing.

Location and staff were fabulous!! Clean , comfortable room . The bed was super comfy and the room was very quiet. We loved that everything was steps from the front door yet not as jammed pack with people and noise. 5 min walk to Central Park was amazing!! We will be back!!

Paying for wifi is not my favourite thing but essential for us.
