The place central to the university is fantastic.

It was clean and tidy and ample for what we needed
Staff were friendly and polite.
We liked the property the only criticism I have was the £23.60 charge for 2 breakfasts. On top of the room price.
I believe that was very expensive for a coffee, 2 slices of bacon, a sausage, boiled egg and a slice of toast.
Other than that it was a good place to stay.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable and charming, and the staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The food was great (we had only dinnder).
The only negative was that they didn't really manage to issue a company invoice, although we indicated the need for this at the time of booking.

The views out of many of the rooms are hilariously terrible - but you don't visit this location for the views so it doesn't matter!

Had a great stay. The room was clean and had all the facilities I required. It was definitely good value for money and I will definitely be staying again

Booked a twin room got a double my poor mum who has ill health had to share a bed with me. Opened curtains in room and there was 2 ladies sitting on chairs outside our window so had two days stay with curtains shut breakfast was like cardboard were it was under hot lamp so long complained but all I got was sorry by rights should have at least been offered part refund will not be staying again

Nice room, good facilities, very clean.
Feather pillows were hard, and not comfortable, didn't sleep well unfortunately.
Really should be polyester pillows as lots of people are allergic to Feathers

Stayed at the venue for a family party and was very impressed with the overall staff and food. Buffet for the party was lovely and breakfast was perfect. Drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. The whole venue was clean and very well maintained
The beds in the room were not the most comfortable and the shower was little more that a trickle! Also the Wi-Fi was pretty poor throughout the venue so I gave up with it!
