Great and very quiet location. It's family friendly. There are many amenities very close to the flat.
The whole building is in bad condition. The corridor of the inside staircase smells badly. The flat wasn't cleaned. Bedsheets seem to have been used by the previous tenants as well. The level and quality of hygiene was poor.

Nie rozumiem jak można ocenić obiekt który jest najwyżej dobry jako fantastyczny, zabukowałam ten apartament tylko i wyłącznie sugerując się opinią osób które wcześniej tam przebywały, kiedy weszłam do mniejszej sypialni okazało się ze to jakaś nora ,bardzo mały pokój z wolna przestrzenią z jednej strony, brak lampy na nocnym stoliku, jedyne oświetlenie to obdrapana , stara lampa na suficie, okno z kratą wychodzące na obskurne, brudne podwórko, drzwi do pokoju nie można zamknąć bo opierają się o podłogę,w dodatku są bardzo zniszczone ,w mikroskopijnej toalecie zamontowano deszczownica i słuchawkę prysznicową na ścianie i to miała być łazienka, dziury przy framugach, pościel na łóżkach zszarzała i zastanawiasz się czy była prana po poprzednich użytkownikach , drzwi wejściowe jak do piwnicy, hałas w nocy kiedy sąsiedzi spłukują toaletę ,jedynym plusem tego apartamentu jest kanał muzyczny tv z lat 90tych reszta to porażka

The location, the size of the appartment is perfect for 4-5 people
Be aware of the bathroom and shower being in the same really small space.
Although it says the appartment has a parking space, it means the public parking on the street, and you can only pay for 4 hours in advance each time. A bit annoying.

the host was nice to us, provided us with a place to leave our luggage even though we came early and let us go late on the check-out day.
the apartment was spotless, bathroom could've been better, with a shower curtain towards the toilet, we were 5 people and after 1 person's shower, bathroom seemed like it flooded.

We really loved the location of the place. There was towels and bedsheets.
Our arrival was unorganised, the flat felt dirty, there was cat urine smell in the rooms. Shower was attached above the toilet. Communication wasn’t very good, Lots to improve.

The app was very clean, nice, small but enough big for short time for 2 couples. We had 2 bedrooms (queen size bed), nice small kitchen and living space.
We didn't expect that shower is in the toilet (didn't see that on photos), but was not that bad after all.

Decent neighborhood, friendly staff, knowledgable about parking in the neighborhood, Plenty of beds. Warm even though it's cold outside. Extra toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap and dishes available.
This wasn't the place I originally booked, as it was booked by someone else moments before us (likely on a different platform). While I don't think this was a bait and switch, it was a bit uncomfortable. No hot water in the kitchen area, but there was hot water in the bathroom. I washed dishes in the bathroom sink. No washer like the original place I booked. We were in two separate rooms instead of one place. My kids heard the neighbors having sex. I did agree to the switch for the same price, but I wasn't given information about all the differences.

the owner was very helpful and available
the toilet was in the same room as the shower with no separator so the toilet gets wet all the time
the floor was a little bit old and it was squeaky, also the buliding was old and in poor state

Very well presented property very close to the city center ( just outside the more expensive blue parking zone). Comfortable amenities in a quiet street.
The toilet also serves as a shower but during our visit the door would require great force in order to latch close (and be reopened) I had to help my wife get out of the shower as she could not unlock it. There is no fan (only a small window with no fly net) so it gets either rather pungent or full of bugs at night.
The curtains appear to be made of some elastic material and are some distance from the windows so if you’re a light sensitive sleeper you may want to bring a blindfold.

Location is definetly the best thing about this apartment, everything in the city centar was realy close. Our hosts were very nice, they helped us about everything we needed, and let us stay for late check out. The apartment is so cute and it's great value for money.
The only thing I didn't like was bed mattres which was too hard. And in the kitchen is oven plate missing.

The location is not so central. The street was closed and the taxi didn t knew where to stop. It was raining….

Great communication, Evelina was accessible from the first call, arranged for someone to meet us at the property to pass the keys, and even allowed us to leave our baggage in the flat the next day for an extra fee. Location of the flat is great, easily walkable to city centre, with good links to everywhere.
The flat could have been cleaner, and the shower in the same space as the toilet is a slight inconvenience.
