Room is enough big and clean. Breakfast is good for variety.

Hot water in bathroom is yellow. Would not take bath and shower as well. Room is very cold even though switch off AC

In general the staff is polite and the location is decent. The gym facilities is good. I did not try the pool but it looked nice.

The air in the room was very stale. The carpets are stained and the safe in the room did not work. In addition I found baby cockroaches in the room. I reflected that to the staff and the safe wasn’t fixed and I still found baby cockcroaches.

Staff provided balloons and a birthday cake which was a lovely surprise. Friendly staff and great view from our room.

There was a strong smell of paint/lacquer on the entire floor of our room and especially in the room - it must have been coming through the ventilation - gave a massive headache the next morning. Also the nightclub onsite didn’t allow entry due to wearing open toe flat sandals, even though they are smart! Come on this is 2024 not everyone wants to wear high heels!

Great location, spacious room, so many compartments, clean, nice smell of linen and towels. Check in was smooth and they allowed me to check out at 1pm. Great hospitality of the staff. There's Blue Bird taxi stand by at the hotel. The lift has seat, it is somewhat useful when i feel so tired after a long day and dont feel like standing. All in all, i had an excellent 3 night stay.
