الاكل سئ جدا جدا ومكرر كل يوم وممكن حاجة تتكرر كل يوم والحلويات ملهاش طعم وعلشان مبتتكلش فبتنزل كل يوم نفس الصنف وطعمه بايت طبعا لازم اول ما البوفيه يفتح يعنى الفطار من (7-10) لازم تصحى بدرى وتروح علشان لو مروحتش بدرى هتلاقى الاكل خلص ده غير انك هتقف طابور على البيض لمده 10 دقايق والاصناف اللى بتخلص مبيحطوش مكانها ولو انت بقى وانت بتفطر نفسك تبلع بكوبايه بيبسى فده ممنوع عندهم تشرب حاجة ساقعه على الفطار هو بس عصير تانج وحش جدا بالنسبه للغدا فهو سئ برضه وممكن تفضل مستنى شويه لحد اما الفراخ تتشوى غير ان السلطه بتبقى بايظه وطبعا الصنف اللى بيخلص مفيش بديل ليه نفس الكلام فى العشاء بالنسبة للنظافة الكوبايات مش نضيفة من جوه وعندهم واحد مخصص للشوك والسكاكين تقوله عايز معلقة يقولك أنا تخصص شوك وسكاكين بس المعالق روح جيبها من هناك الصراحة لن اكرر زياره هذا الفندق

المطعم بصفه عامة اقل من متوسط الموقع ممتاز
الغرف ممتازه بس الفوط والملايات مبتتغيرش من اول موصلنا حتى نهاية الاجازة والمطعم كان زحمه جدا والأكل اقل من المتوسط

Oda ve tesis içi imkanlara ulaşım çok iyiydi. Yemeklerde kültürel fatklılıkları daha fazla gözetmeleri gerekiyor, ürünlerin bir çoğunda baharat dengesi çok yöreseldi. Daha global çeşitler tercih edilmeli.

personnel très sympathique , tres attentionné envers les clients ( un grand merci aux barmans des 2 piscines et au maitre nageurs des tobbogans ) la piscine est super , les tobbogans également , les repas sont variés , possibilité d'avoir les sacs à emporter pour le petit-déjeuner lors d'excursion. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.
La personne qui fait faire du dromadaire sur la plage de l'hôtel, beaucoup trop insistant, avec un prix très élevé.

- Die Anlage ist schön gepflegt und die Zimmer sauber

- Das Essen war lecker und es gab immer eine große Auswahl
- Schöner Strand und gut zum baden
- Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, dieser war jedoch sehr enttäuschend. Mussten ganz rechts an den Balkon stehen um was vom Meer zu sehen.
- Haben öfters beobachtet wie Supervisor im Restaurant die Kellner und Putzkräfte vor den Gästen zurechtgewiesen haben. Fand ich nicht gut weil alle sehr bemüht und freundlich waren.

Очень приветливый персонал. Весь. От ресепшена до уборки номеров - все представились лично. И предложили свою помощь. Даже шеф ресторана. Это очень необычно. Нас с малышом разместили пораньше. В замечательный чистый номер, до которого нас проводил белбой с рассказом о том, что где есть. Но еще до нашего приезда, почти сразу после бронирования через букинг - мне в вотсап написала гест релейшнс, пригласила пораньше заехать, чтобы успеть на завтрак. На протяжении всего нашего прибывания Дарья справлялась, все ли у нас хорошо, и не нужно ли нам что-то.
Вкусная еда. Бассейны с подогревом.
Очень много цапель разгуливает по территории. Малыш был в восторге! Почти сразу после выезда мы забронировали отель снова. И рассказали семье, они тоже скоро приедут.

We had booked a standard room then at check-in they told us that we had been upgraded to a suite which was with a wonderful sea view &very clean..overall the stay was comfortable

First of all beers is hot not even warm !!! beer is HOT here food was not bad service not the best we booked room for 3 people and we found just 2beds we ask for the third bed 3 time and bed come after 1:00am
Our room is locked and they come after 30 mins to open the door for us we ask for water .the water come warm for us

The place is great, rooms are very clean, very spacious and just renovated. We were lucky we got a room that just got renovated few days before our arrival.
Pool is very clean, the resort facilities are very big and nice. Staff is very friendly especially the animation team is doing great efforts to make everyone happy.
The AC in the restaurant is not working properly, it’s kind of hot in the main restaurant all the time.
Food needs to include more proteins. Food tastes nice but no variety of proteins

I arrived around 2:30 am and there was a car from the hotel waiting for me. Very good start! Good facilities, very clean, beautiful view, staff very professional, helpful and welcomed. Very good breakfast with a beautiful view as well. The room was large, spacious and with a large and very clean bathroom as well. The double balcony, both in the living room and in the bedroom sides, is a great plus. Overall an excellent hotel with a very good price -quality relationship and very good service level.

Stuff and guest relations, and the beach
Old rooms, especially bathroom, badly renovated/Weird system of beds and towels at the beach forcing employees to carry mats all day long/Bad restaurant with very little change from one day to another and not enough people to follow the cleaning and setting up of the tables, we often had to request forks, knives, napkins and so on, almost for every meal!/For our side of the hotel : the late cleaning, sometimes while we were already back after our day out... And the missing towels from one day to the other...

we went with our two little boys and had a great time and lot of fun. All the staff were amazing, super friendly and very helpful (front desk, waiters, chefs, room service, beach staff and the animation too).
The varieties of food were very tasty.
We stayed in a sea view room close to the beach and pools.
For sure it won't be our last time😍
