Todo es la tercera vez que me alojo

O quarto é excelente, espaçoso, camas grandes. Café da manhã bem completo, muito bom. A localização, andando um pouco, encontra mercado,câmbio, algumas opções de restaurantes. São muito atenciosos os funcionários, especialmente a querida Michaela, sempre pronta a nos ajudar. O ar condicionado do quarto funciona muito bem, podendo ser regulado. O tamanho do banheiro, para minha família não foi problema nenhum.

As fronhas dos travesseiros, não "envelopam" o travesseiro, de modo que fica um canto descoberto, isso me parece não muito higiênico, deixo minha sugestão de melhoria. Também poderia ter um serviço, opções de lanches para noite. No entanto, na noite que precisei, mesmo estando fechado o serviço, fui prontamente atendida pelo senhor da recepção, que me fez um café e esquentou o alimento do meu filho. Eu e minha família teremos ótimas recordações desse hotel e nossa estadia em Buenos Aires.

La ubicación es excelente, caminando del cementerio de Recoleta, la Facultad de Derecho y el Ateneo. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno muy completo. Los masajes una maravilla.

Localização excelente! Quarto bem amplo. Banheiro bom. Staff atencioso e prestativo.

Na piscina não tem nenhum guarda sol, e o espaço é muito pequeno. O café da manhã é bom, porém todos os dias a mesma coisa, não tinha algo diferente sendo ofertado. O colchão é um pouco desconfortável, provavelmente já foi muito usado.

Un poco viejas las instalaciones. El inodoro está muy pegado a la pared, si eres grandote se te dificulta un poco entrar cómodo.

The room was massive which we didn't expect given how central the hotel is. We received a massage for the equivalent of about £11 GBP which was wonderful!

Strongly recommend booking a room with a street view window. The rooms with windows to the inside of the property make the room very stuffy

It’s location and the swimming pool

The reception staff were mostly good but not all.

Breakfast was delicious. The staff was awesome and the room was clean.

Location

Impossible to sit on the roof terrace for long due to the clanking noise from the lift. Can’t be that complicated to fix. Get an engineer in! The rooftop pool is exactly that, a pool. Swimming nearly impossible due to its size and depth.

Staff were terrific - Baudilio was exceptional - professional, friendly and so helpful with everything including sightseeing recommendations, restaurant recommendations, directions, money exchange recommendations and explaining different currency rates and sharing other local conventions and traditions. Miguel and Lucas were also very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was pretty basic and could have been better. Wish hotel offered coffee other than plain Americano without charging. I ordered a cafe latte but had to pay for that coffee vs. the basic Americano coffee on the breakfast buffet. Also would have liked to see croissants offered at breakfast.
