The apartment was spacious, very well equipped, we could even have cooked in the kitchen. There was coffee, tee, sugar, milk powder as well. The communication was easy with the host, he waited for us when we arrived, and he was providing helpful advices for travel in the city, parking, etc. Parking was available and for free, If we return next year, we will come back here for sure.

Host was proactive to call us, provided clear instructions and was with us to ensure we have everything we need.

Good value for money and nothing to shout out

Host collected us from the local Metro station even though it was just a short walk away. The apartment was spacious wand warm. The WiFi was good and facilities excellent.

The apartment is comfortable and cozy, you can park your car near the entrance, the owner is very attentive and friendly, you can contact him with any problem

We loved everything about this apartment. The owner met us on arrival and showed us all around the apartment. It was nice to have his phone number (accessible through WhatsApp). We never needed to get in touch with him, but it was nice to know we could if we needed to. We had all the kitchen amenities we could want and most importantly a washer-dryer (since we had just finished 2 weeks of touring). The instruction booklet that was available made using the washer-dryer very easy. We really liked the views from the 8th floor apartment. The lift was always available when we wanted to go up or down. We especially liked being a few metro stops from downtown because it seemed like we were in more of a real community. There were 2 very convenient supermarkets nearby. One day, we went back downtown to go to another museum (very quick since the apartment is close to the metro stop). Another day, we walked to the Socialist Art Museum from the apartment. We really enjoyed a nearby restaurant (Yoli Garden Restaurant) recommended by the owner.

great host, wonderful place. you have everything that you may need. extremely clean and comfortable. great stay! recommended with kids - have a nice playground below. no problem with parking and we were with a big car. supermarkets close by. thank you Ogi!!

A super spacious apartment.

The location is very good. Close to the metro that stops between the airport and the city centre. It is about 15 minutes to both and the metro go continuously. Downstairs there is a big park with play facilities for children of all ages. At the end of the park there is a big supermarket. Then the apartment itself: very spacious, completely equipped, clean and an excellent host. I recommend this location for a visit to beautiful Sofia and especially for families with children.

The apartament is really nice,big rooms,new furniture.Host was really nice too-building had elevator problems and he reacted instantly to fix in the very next few hours.Definetly family friendly place :)

Ogi came to meet us when we had trouble finding the apartment and was so kind and helpful with his suggestions, even though we only stayed 1 night. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very well equipped, especially if you want to cook. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet and full of young families. And the views! Wow. All in all, an unbelievable value. We will be coming back!

Smoking is allowed in this apartment. If you're a non-smoker, you might be sensitive to the smell. But this is really a minor detail that wouldn't stop us from staying here again.
