Lovely, comfortable house with plenty of room for five adults and three children - all within easy walking distance of Bath and its numerous attractions. Would highly recommend!

Excellently located property with a bathroom for each bedroom which is absolute boon! Well equipped with more than enough crockery cutlery etc which again you don’t see often. Also towels provided.

A wonderful base for a get- together with friends and very central and convenient for exploring Bath on foot. Highly recommended!

A few minor points very noisy road made worse because heating was on and we couldn't turn it down so windows were open all the time (instructions to increase heat but not turn it down). Also middle floor bedrooms sometimes didn't have hot water for shower or bath.

Easy arrangements, good location for walking to see the sights and dining. Great that each room was en suite.

Very comfortable stay. Excellent location. Having 3 car park spaces was an added bonus along with 4 of the double rooms with en-suite - this house is a home from home - I would highly recommend it. Peter was excellent at communicating and ensuring that we had everything we needed to know. 10/10 thank you.

Really spacious well kept and equipped property. Very close to town centre. Perfect for a girls weekend away.

We walked into a clean, well presented and well stocked property - home from home with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and wine, so no need for immediate shopping . Two of our party took a bus from the railway station but walked back easily having found our way round during our stay. The rest of us drove following the directions given, plenty of parking at the rear. Delightful space to sit and eat and relax outside - the good weather was a bonus! As was 5 bathrooms and an additional toilet downstairs. Easy walk to the Roman Baths and other attractions plus plenty of eating places within a 5 minute walk. The Scallop Shell fish and chip restaurant is a 2 minute walk away and serves simple fresh fish, immaculately cooked with excellent wines. Don’t mistake it for a normal fish and chip shop! We were a party of 6 ladies, in our seventies, meeting for our annual get together and all agreed that it was one of our best venues.

Wonderful stay in Bath - the house is very central with great facilities.

A great property with tons of space and great facilities for a few days break in beautiful Bath . Just 5-10 minutes walk from the centre this location is perfect for small groups or even larger ones if restrictions allow (we were a family of 4 adults). Clean and with all the facilities you could need we did not use the car once in the five days we were there. Excellent.

The property was great for our girls weekend - lots of space for us all, plenty of bathrooms and so close to the city centre for shopping, eating and taking in the sights.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus, man kann wunderbar ohne Auto die Stadt erkunden. Lediglich die belebte Strasse stört etwas die Nachtruhe.

The house was a perfect place for a family gathering. It is well appointed and so central - a short walk away from the heart of Bath. It was useful having 3 parking spaces at the back and the car park for the fourth car was close by. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Visited Bath with children and grandchildren, seven of us in total. Lovely house with all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. Lots of space !! Great base as within a few minutes walk of central Bath and the train station for people who do not want to drive during their stay. Superb park near by and lots for all ages to do. Would certainly recommend a stay in Bath and this property.

Perfect location for a trip to Bath

The house was lovely and very well equipped and everyone who stayed at the house (eight of us) said how nice it was. It was ideally located and within walking distance of the centre of town. There was also a local shop nearby for those in the group who on arrival had food shopping to do. The town itself was very interesting. We made the most of our stay by taking the tour bus ride highlighting points of interest, visiting the Roman Baths, the Thermae Bath Spa, Bath Abbey and tower tour, Jane Austen centre, Glass Blowing, Sally Lunn's Historic Eating House and enjoying the town itself. A successful stay enjoyed by everyone. Thank you.

House is located very near center of Bath, easy walking distance and plenty of parking with the house. There is also Victoria park nearby with great play area and local pub (we had young children with us). If you have young kids a stroller is essential.
