the partners hotel wouldn’t let me in early I had to stay very long time and the were not very accommodative but thanks to the nice guy who came later zulfaqar he managed finally to check me in

No lift and could here everything from room next door.

The room was clean and the place very quiet. We really enjoyed the 5 nights there. The location was also perfect to visit the city, without having to spend jours on the subway. We will come back!

The walls are quiet thin, we heard our neighbors coming and going when there were speaking to each other (yelling was not necessary to hear them).

excellent room but no other services on site, sister hotel over road. took scan of personal documents as uk resident. fortunately we had passport as on way to airport.

The location is really good and rooms were spacious and clean. Beds was comfy and everything worked. You needed to check in at the sister hotel on opposite side of the street, which was no problem. They were very helpful!

It was a close walk to Paddington station so it was easy to get to and from Heathrow. That was the only positive thing about this hotel.

I never write reviews and travel all the time, but I am blown away that there are ANY positive review about this hotel. My room was in the basement and was very dark, it was also next to the housekeeping room. Housekeeping was very noisy from early in the morning and the walls are paper thin with vacuums going, so good luck sleeping. The rooms are also outdated and have visible damage throughout - it's clear that there has been zero upkeep. Nobody helped me with my heavy luggage and there are only stairs in the hotel - the hotel should be more explicit about this when booking, so please beware if you are unable to lug your bag up and down narrow staircases by yourself! I was also woken up at 4am to the smell of someone smoking in the room next to me. The response from the staff was that they would ask someone to look into this the following day (not sure how that is an acceptable response).

the area is great. staff is amazing, they’re so welcoming and friendly. rooms are great!

only minus was that there was no lift but the stairs were a good exercise
