I have stayed at this property a number of times. The reason I keep coming back is because this property ticks all the boxes for me. It's centrally located and yet it's on a quiet street. Restaurants, and supermarkets, are all within easy walking distance. The San Telmo bus station is easily accessible on foot. San Telmo is one of the main transport hubs in Las Palmas.

The location of this property is excellent. It's on a quiet street with restaurants, shops, and supermarkets all within walking distance and not to forget coffee shops. Another item that I like is the main transport hub of Las Palmas, (Estación de Guaguas de San Telmo.) is also within walking distance, just 8 minutes away. From here you explore other parts of the island. That is why I've stayed a number of times at this property. Ilma the host always has a welcoming fruit bowl for me.

Not much to report here. One item that I would like is a kettle for my morning cup of tea.

The flat was located in a quiet area, so I could rest and relax without any disturbance. The flat itself was was very spacious and clean. It had everything I needed even a washing machine! In a lot of reviews, I saw that electric kettle was missing, but I could use a normal kettle and could just boil the water, so it was not an issue at all. The small patio was really cute and nice. Ilma and her husband was very nice. They shared a lot of information about Gran Canaria and checked if everything was fine with the flat. Whenever I asked questions via messages, they replied very quickly. So the communication was very good between us. I really recommend this place!

The only thing I didn't like was that it was not so bright as the flat was on the ground floor and it was not on the front size of the building but back side. So there was not much sunlight. But because of that, the flat was free from all the noise. So actually it was not a big issue for a short stay.

The location of the property is just excellent. All the facilities that you need al all around you. Restaurants, coffee shops, bus stations, supermarkets. The apartment is such a good base to explore the island of Gran Canaria.

One item that I would like the apartment to have is a kettle. I do like my cup of tea in the morning.

The location was excellent. All the facilities were close by. San Telmo bus station, the main bus hub was just a short walk away. Also, the main shopping area was also close by. The property was on a quiet street. The location was perfect for me.

Not much to report here. I had everything I needed. The microwave was a bit tricky to operate, but I managed it.
