Great location. Lot's of space. Clean and tidy. Helpful host prior and during the stay.

Struggled a bit with the key situation to start off with as didn't realise there was a fob to get in the main door, but once that was sorted all was fine. Shower was great, but wet room did flood a bit.

I liked the balcony 😊 Kitchen was well equipped. Cleaning supplies were available.

The beds were too soft. The couch was also too soft, no back support. The oven tripped the power, but we could use the stove top so it worked out.

Location is good - less than 15 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station (and the Paradise Mall). The flat is huge, rooms are generously sized. The host is friendly and let us leave our luggage in the flat as our flight home was in the evening.

Very spacious apartment, well equipped for living. Convenient location for travelers by car. Nearby there is a shopping center, many shops, restaurants and cafes. Fast internet.

1) The router is located far from bedrooms. We had to buy a cable 10 meters long and move the router to the floor in the corridor so that there was a wifi in the bedrooms. 2) There is no clothes hanger in the hallway, although there is enough space for this. 3) There is only one towel hook in the bathroom. You constantly have to carry your towels into the bedroom so that others can shower. 4) There is no outlet for a hairdryer in the bathroom. We turned on the hairdryer through the extension cord that we brought with us. 5) The description indicates that there are two bathrooms, but in fact there is one full bathroom and a small toilet with a microscopic washbasin. 6) The control knob is broken on the dishwasher. It is rather difficult to turn it on. If you plan to have breakfast and dinner in the apartment, then stock up on pliers to turn on the dishwasher.

It was close to center (10 min with metro). Excellent clean and big spaces for 6 persons. Excellent and communicated person our hostman. Very quite area. We forgot also some staff at the house and hostman will sent it to us with courier. Recomended house.

Location was excellent. The main host was great. She spoke English and was very responsive to all our requests and tried her best to make our stay pleasant. The apartment was spacious and had 2 bathrooms with water sprays and the kitchen was very good. A lot of green trees all around the apartment. The area is parking-paid but the host provided one free parking spot which was very convenient. Building is secure.

Furniture needs major upgrades. Sofa in the sitting area must be changed (very uncomfortable and dirty). Beds are not comfortable as well. Apartment overall cleanliness needs major attention. There need to be filters on the windows so that guests can enjoy the breeze and at the same time avoid the insects. There was only one air-condition in the sitting area but the weather in Sofia is usually not too hot. But still we had to use fans to sleep at night as we could not open the windows because of insects.

Great location, apartment was very comfortable and clean.
