The hot water pressure was very low, but we were assured it will be fixed for the next guests, as due to holidays and our short stay, this couldn't be done while we were there.

The apartment is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect: Right next to the building is big supermarket. Bus station and big public free parking in-front of the building. Metro station is very close, walking distance. Apartment is extremely clean. Bed is very, very comfortable, bathroom is big, kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the host is clear and fast. Apartment provides self check-in and self check-out. Absolutely plus that pets are allowed. Absolutely recommend this place!

The apartment is exactly like in photos and it has 2 balconies. It is very clean. The neighborhood is very quite. There is everything - was machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen. The furniture is new. There is also air conditioning that is very important when temperatures are high. Even I didn't meat the owner personally the communication was easy - he speaks English. The key collection also was simple - he provided all the instructions by phone. When we left I just sent him a message. Regarding the parking area - in front of the apartment is a big public parking - I left the care there. At 3 minutes walking there is a supermarket that has good variety of products. WIFI - easy connection and good speed. If I would have to stay one more time in Sofia, I would choose the same apartment.

New, very clean and well equipped apartment. Big plus - its pet friendly! Busstop infront of the building. Free public parking. Big and very good supermarket just around the corner. Bodimed laboratory for Covid test also near by (for example if you need a test for traveling). Very good and fast communication with the owner. Selfcheck-in and -out, it was also possible to check in a little earlier. We can highly recommend a stay here :)

Everything went super fast. He was very kind and good explaining of what and where we can find them. It was the best deal for 4 persons and a cat 😀
