For a long stay like mine, the kitchen, washing machine, bathroom cloth dryer, and cleaning every tree days make the stay very comfortable. The place is always warm and clean. The staff are polite. It is on the main road but no noise at all.

Nothing, its location is not just for everyone. It is near Kyoto University where I went everyday. But this location is far from train station, super market, and even convenient store. Although the bus stop is just 10 m. away.

Location was great. Just 1 minute to the bus stop. The room was comfortable and clean. Washing machine in the room was very helpful for my extended stay.

Good location.

1. Mold is present everywhere. The smell of mold permeates the room and the hallways. If you have a mold allergy this place will make you suffer. 2. The rooms don't have any natural light. They have installed in windows that are opaque. 3. The windows are blocked, so the space cannot be ventilated. Since there is little opportunity of fresh air in the room during a longer stay, you must rely only on the AC to ventilate your room.

One of the best hotel's I've stayed at. The room had all the amenities I could ever want, a couch, bathtub, microwave, cooktop, and even washing machine, but was still very spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was also lovely, with lots of green and rivers to walk by, but still within walking distance to the city centre.

Great location. Clear instructions by the friendly staff. Convenient capped coin parkings around. Very comfortable room for our family.

Simple check-in, friendly staff. In the room was everything for comfortable stay. The room was clean and beds comfy. Location is also nice: on the main street close to bus stop, many restaurants around. I would definitely stay here again!
