As read in previous reviews there are junkies that live in the park next to the apartment but they are harmless.

What a fantastic place. Very spacious and clean. The host was excellent. Anything you need she is right on it. Good neighbour hood and a fre blocks away from the supermarket exito. I stayed in the downstairs apartment and the bed was very comfortable.

Cozy, quiet part of town and very clean and private facility. Very big apartment.

Perfectly located, not a very touristic neighborhood. Very spacey Apartment. ClaroTV free to watch.

Very hard to find since location on Google Maps and Maps.ME is very misleading. Kitchen equipment was a bit meager.

The location is very good. There are many restaurants, Exito grocery and shopping complex and a metro station near by. At the closest corner is a Banco Colombia with ATM machines for getting pesos as well. We were very happy with the cleanliness. Andrea came every two days to clean the rooms, sheets and towels. We had an issue with the demand hot water heater which is only in the shower and it failed. When we sent and email (had trouble reaching them with our phone) Nicolas was there very promptly to try to repair. The next morning, Sunday, a repairman made repairs. We were very pleased with this and when the air evaporators broke as well, Nicolas responded quickly. Andrea and Nicolas did what they could to make our stay nice. The apartment is VERY nice only lacking A/C.

The first day we were very disappointed. We arrived and there was no one at the location with a key for entry. When talking with a lady the Panaderia next door, she walked around the building and found Nicolas who brought a key to an inferior apartment which was not the one we booked. Later his aunt, Andrea, showed up and decided to give us the apartment booked only after showing on phone the superior booking we had (later we found out they over booked). When checking the superior apartment, it did not have air conditioning that was advertised. Andrea said that air conditioning is only for downstairs which only has one window in back of the apartment and it is very hot. She said the superior apartment did not have A/C. After showing A/C was listed in our apartment, on my phone, she brought what SHE CALLED air conditioning from the first apartment. It was a portable AIR EVAPORATOR (a fan with water coils) NOT AIR CONDITIONING. We had two of these and they both broke so we ended up with two fans. We stayed a month in Medellin previously and had trouble sleeping at night with out air conditioning. This was a major issue when searching for an apartment for my wife and myself. There was not a microwave initially as listed but they had one in the apartment with in a few days. We had trouble calling Andrea and Nicolas so we called Booking,com. The lady we talked to said they could not do anything to help us. They trust the owners to give proper information and do not check the apartments themselves. This is very concerning as well. I will probably not choose to use Booking.com because of lack of trust.
