The location was great with easy access to the beach and condo was spacious. It could use some upgrades (new paint, appliances but this wasn't a big deal for us) However, it was not nearly as clean as expected. Fairly thick dust on ceiling fans and some of the TVs and dressers/night stands. Floors only clean where immediately visable, bird feathers on floor in living room, dirt streaks down doors and sides of kitchen islands and cabinets, etc). Pool was only big enough for maybe 4/5 small children to play in (that is being generous) and hot tub was out of service which we weren't made aware of. Condo has approx 9 TV's but only 3 worked, which we also weren't made aware of. Maintence did come quickly to look at TV's but was unable to help. Supposedly in MB spectrum changed out all cable boxes and whoever is responsible for that didn't follow through (this is what we were told). Sliding glass doors had no handles and had to be lifted slightly to open. Also, I believe the condo above had a pool table so it was very loud in the evenings into night. That isn't anyone's fault just wanting to make it known. Overall the size of the condo and proximity to the beach is 5 stars but that's about it. I travel annually with 10-15 family members to MB (for the last 10 years) and was really hoping we had "found our spot" but that isn't the case unfortunately.

We had 15 people ranging in age from 1 year to 75. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable sitting around. Convenient location to beach and local shops and restaurants. Pool and hot tub on site.

There was plenty of space for us and it met our needs, but this property is definitely ready for a remodel and some updates! The amount of money charged in its current state doesn't feel like a very good value and I would not choose this property again.
On top of the overall poor condition, the cleaning crew absolutely failed on this one. Dirty floors, dirty countertops, dirty dishes, dirty washrags in one of the bathrooms... overall just looked like the cleaning crew dropped off the linens and cleaned nothing!

Could use some updates. Plenty of room, had couple issues but very prompt and accommodating to fix the problem. Lots of room, plenty of dishes pot pans bowls etc. Would recommend and would book again. Also right on the beach. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Arrived with luggage and no elevator . Had 2 people that were handicapped. Neighbors helped with luggage and later, a person from iTrip came and helped with luggage. Cannot call anyone for help, message only. Very frustrating. No hot water at the kitchen sink. Kitchen lights blinked afraid of fire so did not use the lights. A little dark! The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Took them all down and washed them. Needed new batteries in the air and temperature control. The floors were not very clean. The TV was in front of the glass doors that blocked the view of the ocean. There was not a lot of silverware so had to wash constantly. The microwave door was split and dirty . Needs a new microwave. There is a terrible brown looking stain in the downstairs bathroom tub so we did not use it.

Overall stay at this property was good, however there is plenty of room to make this property better and more inviting. There are still multiple cosmetic issues that should be addressed, and the kitchen sink dripped all weekend. Some guests reported that the water in the shower/tub would back up while showering. The guests in the unit above us were loud all hours of the night and there is not much insulation or noise barrier between units. All in all we had a decent stay, there was nothing that absolutely ruined our weekend, but definitely room for improvements.

We had a great week and would stay at this condo again. When a problem arose there was a quick response to my email and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Only minor complaints would be the sliding glass doors to the balconies are hard to open and the parking garage is really tight.

Fantastic stay! The facility was great for the amount of space we had for the money. The beds were comfortable and pillows were plentiful. It was relatively clean considering the turn around process. The bedding and bath towels were clean. The furniture was very nice. The place had a good vibe. The sliding glass doors need some attention. They were hard to slide open. They are all missing handles. The microwave needs replaced. The pool and hot tub could be also use some TLC. None of the minor issues mentioned impacted our stay at all. Our whole family loved our stay and would stay again. Itrip was very helpful answering our questions before we left on our trip. Check in and check out was very easy. The carts with wheels and the elevator made unloading and loading the cars easier. The kitchen was so big and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The boardwalk to the beach was great. All the extra full bathrooms were fabulous. We never ran out of hot water when showering. The laundry area was perfect. Plenty of storage so we weren’t tripping over luggage or beach toys. I would recommend this Villa to others.

I thought the unit was great. Our group was 3 month old to 53 year old. The only complaint was the lower floor veiw was blocked by palm trees, and not many cooking dishes. With 19 in the group we cooked meals so more cookware would be useful. I felt it was clean. The walk to pool and beach is easy and short. The pool on the small side. All in all it was a great stay and location for us.

The property was not cleaned! The cleaners left a washer full of linen that had the laundry room smelly. Clothes tags were found in corners of the rooms. Kitchen draws was filthy full of food. Electrical outlets had shortages. Some tvs did not work. Doorbells did not work. Was only given 1 garbage bag. Towels were left in 1 upstairs bathroom instead of in every bathroom, windows not cleaned. Mold in showers. The property is great but the cleaners are terrible!

Condo had # of bed/baths so everyone was comfortable. Right on beach provided ease of access. Floors could use a good cleaning. Overall great time.
Disappointed that hot tub was not working - notified management of unit, who forward to maintance - nevered worked. Parking issues - spaces blocked off by work trucks & trailers.

The condo was perfect for us. The view was gorgeous. One item to note however is that the bottom part of the microwave door was cracked. I don't know if anyone pointed that out to you prior to our stay. We were hesitant to use it. Other than that the location was great and we had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed our stay and with plenty of room for 16 people! We had a little hiccup at check-in but it was taking care of ASAP! We would definitely stay here again! And the views was amazing!

Limited to 4 parking passes, even though I had a 2-time war vet with me and some peopledon'tknowhowtopark. 4 people in my group could only stay 1 day, due to a family emergency.

Plenty of space, great location! Our second time here and they did a good job of doing some added renovations. Newer furniture and paint. A stain one of the bath tubs and a couple of stains on a master bedroom wall but overall clean and in good shape. Check in and response was always fast and helpful! Will stay again if we come back to MB!

The actual property is nice. However, there were a lot things that were still dirty And broken. Our biggest problem was the water leaking through the roof from upstairs. We had water leaking through the ceiling in several places that of which they did come and fix however you can tell it was on-going problem. How? Well there were several brown spots on the ceiling down stairs from Previous water and also where they try to hide it by painting over it. The Maintenance man was a nice gentleman though.

The condo is convient to many things, grocery stores, bars, and entertainment. The beach is very clean and close which makes for a beautiful view from the condo.

Family beach trip
My family and I was finally able to gather again for a family beach trip since the pandemic. This was the first time to Myrtle Beach for a few of them and they loved it. The property was clean, the pictures matched what was on line. There was plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time, definitely will be back.

Beyond My Wildest Expectations
I reserved a 2-bedroom beachfront villa a few days before arrival and they called me immediately that this was under construction. As a professional courtesy, they upgraded me to a 7-bedroom oceanfront villa which was beyond our expectations. We loved the extra space and the proximity to the ocean/beach. Thank you iTrip Vacations for the excellent customer service and making my 45th birthday memorial. We will use you again when we come back to Myrtle Beach in the future.

Christmas Family get away
Beautiful views, plenty of space, great location, really no complaints except needs updating and some maintenance repairs in a few places, we did fine 1 cocroach but sprayed and then we did not have another problem. Overall it was a great vacation and i would book again.

Not worth the money
Our family stayed here for our yearly Christmas gathering. (18 people) This is by far the worst property we have ever rented. The furniture was worn and dated and some pieces were broke. Don’t wear white socks, for obvious reasons! One bedroom ceiling had a large hole, some guests fearing it might fall. Maintenance refused to come by and repair it. A second maintenance text was made asking for them to secure the drywall with a few screws. Once again a no show. The pool table ball return was clogged, another text to maintenance and yet another no show. My son was able to repair it by removing a second set of balls, 4 cue chalks and an assortment of small toys. I then called the manager of iTrip vacations to voice my concerns. Robbie said he would refund some money , haven’t heard a word. The only thing he gave me was a loud abusive argument during our last phone conversation! Beware of places like this one.

Large Condo with great view
The photos need to be updated on the website. The floor were dirty, I mopped the floors. All the bedrooms needed to be vaccum how're the vaccum was broken. I enjoyed spending time with my family. The price, space and location were perfect.

Do NOT Stay Here
Would just like to say that I am extremely disappointed with our rental for this week (July 17-24, 2021). We have rented Unit #204 Ambassador Villas in North Myrtle Beach, SC. It is nothing like what is pictured. The front door was ajar and unlocked when we arrived. The linen was not taken by the cleaning service and dishes were still in the dishwasher. The windows and sliding glass doors are filthy and it is difficult to see outside. The balcony furniture is broken and uncomfortable. The furniture inside the unit is also torn up and very worn. There are numerous patched holes in the walls throughout the unit and the place is in dire need of fresh paint. The community “pool” water is filthy and below level. This “pool” is only big enough for one family at best, and is definitely not meant to be a shared, community space. The kitchen cabinets are missing drawer pulls and get stuck easily. For the price of this unit I expected far better quality than what was received. I feel this listing is falsely advertised and if you all continue to rent it out, renovations are a must or update your photos to more accurately depict what renters are getting!!

The space was great and the location was great. The cosmetics and furnishings should be updated and this would have made the location a 5 star stay. Fresh paint, updated furnishings and better patio furniture (the existing is not acceptable nor safe) would have made this stay a 5 star location.

Family vacation
ITrip was amazing to work with! Check-in was extremely quick and friendly! Most of our TV’s did not work when we arrived so we sent a text to the maintenance number and he was there to fix them and call the cable company within an hour! Very impressive!! The location was fantastic! There was plenty of room for all 15 of us to enjoy, never felt crowded!
The property however could use some attention. There was trash and lost socks/toys under EVERY bed! Although we appreciated the new towels, they left extreme fuzz all over everything, including our new beach towels we washed them with! Definitely needs some fresh paint to fix the patched walls that I assume past renters have damaged, and we understand that can’t be fixed while it’s being rented out. The pool and hot tub were very dirty. The level of the hot tub was too low to even reach the filter. But we made the best of it and had a fantastic vacation!!

Place was perfectly sized and right on the beach for 12 rowdy guys for a weeklong bachelor party. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Getaway at the Beach
There were 16 of us, 10 adults and 6 kids ages 3-10. The condo was very adequate for our group and had enough space so that it never felt crowded. The kitchen is supplied well enough with pots, pans, and bowls for a group our size. There is no toaster which we missed. The oven only heats to 350 degrees and cannot be regulated. I would agree with previous reviews that the place needs updated, but then I would assume the price would go up. It is well worn, but not shabby nor did we think it dirty. The kids had never been to the beach and loved it and this place has a great view of the beach. The area has lots of attractions within driving distance. We found a beautiful park within walking distance where we took family photos and let the kids play on the playground. We had a great time staying there and would probably rent it again if we were ever in the area.

Disappointing Stay
Sadly this property did not live up to our expectations. It was pretty dirty, many items were broken (including the pool table and a window, which was covered by a garbage bag) and overall it was just rundown. The condo really needs a thorough overhaul and a serious deep clean before anyone should be staying there.

House is very roomy! A lot of the lights didn’t work in the home. Needs to be sprayed for bugs, killed multiple roaches! This could be a really nice home if y’all did some updating and painting!!! I wouldn’t stay here again!!
