This was a great property and location. There were only two slight negatives. 1) The hot tub had some maintenance issues where is would get hot but the jets would not turn on. 2) We had 24 men on a golf trip and the upper room with 6 bunk beds and 1 king but only 1 bathroom was not the best setup but that is really more of a logistic problem on our end. The property was exactly as advertised and the customer service was awesome!

This rental worked out perfectly for us! There were 9 different households in attendance. Several of the households had children and we had no problem placing moms and dads in rooms right next to bunkbed rooms for their children. I absolutely love the layout. The home was very clean. It was Thanksgiving and we spent lots of time in the awesome kitchen with more than enough space! The kids loved the heated pool! If we ever stay in NMB again will more than likely book here again. Together Resorts staff is great! Whenever we needed them they answered and was on site to help within minutes. Thank you Mandy! This was a great experience. Our family loved it!

I had a great experience interacting with the people that help book the beach house. The process was seamless and very easy to get completed. Online payment was great. Check-in is usually 4 PM but we were able to get into the unit at noon. We have people flying in from multiple states and it was nice to allow them to get in and unpack and relax. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The nights did cool down a little bit and it was nice to get into the hot tub. The house itself was very nice. We were not fans of the unit not providing any soap or shampoo for the showers. There were some minor imperfections with things in the unit, like a big crack in one of the bedroom doors, and some unfinished space in the kitchen. All of the appliances were not plugged in and at least one of the dishwashers didn’t have power. The pool table was great. There were also multiple coffee pots which came in handy with so many of us in the house. We also enjoyed the shuffleboard and foosball table. All in all our stay was amazing. We will definitely go back and love the house as well as the location. It’s only two blocks from Main Street where all of the bars, restaurants, and shops are in that area. We’ve had our annual golf outing for around 30 years and this was probably the best one we’ve ever had. Thanks to Together Resorts and their team for putting this package together for us. We appreciate it and it did not disappoint.

Very accommodating, spacious, close to the beach and activities. When we arrived the cleaning crew had just finished cleaning but they didn't do a very good job. There was dried food on the appliances and dome of the dishes. The floors were dirty, dishwasher was broke, one of the upstairs showers had a broken shower door another one had no water pressure and was unusable, ac was out for thee days, but they did bring us portable units, counter too was broke. But with all the problems i would still stay there again

Let me start by saying the location and the layout of the home was everything. For everyone to have their own bathroom was love however I do feel as though it should have been one centralized bathroom just for guest or just for anyone to use. The house furniture needed to be upgraded, carpet/windows needed to be cleaned, and walls needed to be painted. The kids walked around with socks on and they were totally black at the bottom. The house needed an overall good cleaning. We saw the cleaning people clean the side unit beside us and it took them no more than two hours at the most. So that tells you how much cleaning they really did. When we initially arrived on Friday at 4 the a/c people were still there. Whatever they supposedly did tripped a breaker and our food spoiled in one of the refrigerators that night per management. Saturday the 2nd floor a/c went out it was 81 degrees on from there. We called and spoke to management and they couldn’t get anyone out until Monday. They however brought two portable ones on Sunday morning that didn’t do much justice because the breakers kept tripping. Half of our family left because they could tolerate the heat. That unit has some electrical issues overall and they knew it. At times the tvs, dryers, washers, refrigerators, and room lights wouldn't work and we had to keep resetting the electrical breakers. The third floor also has a water drainage problem. You would think they would knock off for the inconveniences but they didn't.

We have a group of 16 guys most of whom have been traveling together every year for as many as 30 years. In all of those years accommodations have ranged from double hotel rooms to what together resorts provided for us. To have each person have their own bedroom and bathroom with all of the facilities available and being steps from the beach was the pinnacle of the perfect accommodations for our group. Whenever we return to Myrtle Beach, we will undoubtedly seek a similar, if not identical lodging. In addition to the facility, the together resorts team was extremely responsive, very helpful and delightful to work with. The comments from the guys were so complementary of the accommodations that they literally made the trip outstanding. Keep up the great work, and we will be looking for other locations or simply to return to Myrtle Beach again soon.

We rented this property for our first family reunion Sept 30- Oct 2. The house was awesome. It looked just like the pictures online. It was clean and had everything we needed. We were there during Hurricane Ian so we loss power for a few hours, but we still had fun with family. The property manager, Mandy was super nice and helpful. We needed help with the grill and the maintenance man changed out the regulator and we were able use it. The early check in and late check was a special bonus because we all wanted to have breakfast together before we left.Only negative I have is the numbers of parking spaces. We only had 7 parking spaces and we had 11 vehicles. Luckly our neighbor cancelled their trip, so we were able to use their spaces. Otherwise, we would have had to take 4 cars to the overflow during the storm. Overall, our vacation was awesome!

Also the walk to the beach was great. We walked to the beach to take family pictures was worked out perfectly. However there was a few things about the house that needed some TLC. 1. The pool was very cloudy when we arrived. The pool man had to come to shock the pool several days. When we left the following week, the pool water finally was clear and clean.2. One of the downstairs washing machine was leaking water so we couldn’t use that.3. Several of the toilets ran hen you flushed it.4. The freezers doors would not open all the way so we had a hard time trying to open the doors.The property would be so much better if the management and maintenance outdoors put some TLC and fix the place up a little more.

Mother’s 75th Birthday Weekend
The property was everything we needed. There was space for everyone. Loved the spacious kitchen and all the other amenities. Two lessons taken from this is (1) ask about the hot water. The hot water took a bit to heat up. (2) I wished we knew the cost of heating the pool and spa in the beginning. Next time I will ask.

We originally were scheduled to get married last year when the Corona hit and we were not allowed to enter S.C. for a very valid reason. We requested a refund as we were unsure of when we could have a destination wedding. (Most of our guests were out of state.) We were given one year to use our money or we would be out of luck. Instead of having our 80 people attend and stay at the house, we had 5 families stay. There were 15 people Saturday and Sunday. The rest of the time we had 9. I tried to shower Thursday night and ran out of hot water (9 people and nobody had showered yet). My fiancee showered Friday with no hot water as well. Our guests were also saying they didn't have hot water. We called twice during our stay about the water. Someone came on Friday and went into the attic to unplug the system and switch the breaker. He came again on Saturday and had to do the same thing. I had hot water right afterwards, but other guests did not. The maintenance man was very nice and stated that On Tuesday they would have someone come and check out the tanks. This didn't help us out as we were leaving Tuesday! I was told that on Monday someone was going to come over and they gave me the name of the company that was coming. Everyone besides me left to enjoy the day and I stayed and waited for someone to come. They never showed and I missed out on spending time with my family that made the effort to fly down. When I messaged management they were always very polite, but they never took care of our problem of hot water. I can't imagine having 50 guests there if there wasn't enough water for 9-15 people! It was quite embarrassing for me to have my guests state they couldn't take a hot shower. We even waited as some of the feedback said that it took a long time to get the water hot. As soon as I felt the hot water I jumped in only for it to be cold with shampoo in my hair! The dishwasher must have not had hot water because they were still dirty.

Centralized location! Close to the beach, and a whole grocery store!!! House is beautiful, just some things that need repairs.

House was great and in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and the beach. Great proximity to the golf courses in North Myrtle. All of the amenities got plenty of use and the rooms were comfortable. Maintenance needs to take a look at the two sinks in the kitchen, the water pressure was extremely low.

House was very nice and spacious plenty of room for the 30 people that stayed there.. Hot water and water pressure would be the only draw back. 2 mins into the Shower water was cold, you can contribute that to a lot of guest but if there is a way to fix would be outstanding

My family had a great time at this location. The facility was very nice. We did have a few minor issues but the Together team responded very quickly to the minor issues. This is definitely a place my family will consider renting again. It is located in a great spot with easy access to the beach and any store you might need.

The first sink in the kitchen has a leak.
The water pressure and it took about 5 to minutes for the water to get hot. The TV's had problems connecting to the cable. But the overall stay was wonderful. The hot tub and heated pool was great. The location was great, too.

Overall was a wonderful time.
There is a link under the first kitchen sink.
We also had a problem with the water pressure in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. It also took about 5 to 10 minutes for the showers to heat up.
We also had problems getting the TV's to cable.
Other than that, we had a wonderful time there. The pool and hot tub were great. The overall house was wonderful.

My girlfriends and I have been going to N Myrtle Beach the same weekend for 16+ years to go Christmas shopping. We have anywhere from 20-35 women going and usually had to rent several condo units. This year we decided to try Together Resorts and stayed in a 14 bedroom unit. It was so much fun being altogether! We all cooked and ate together at the long kitchen table, watched movies in the theater room and we had plenty of room to spread out! The unit was conveniently located near the beach night clubs on Main Street for those who wanted to go there at night. Also it was nice being able to park underneath the unit instead of across the street in a parking deck. This year we had 24 in our group.

Our vacation experience with Together Resorts was an absolute outstanding one!!MY FAMILY HAF A BLAST!!I was so very pleased with the kind and courteous ladies that booked the home, and impressed by their knowledge and efficiency with the entire process. Loved how they accepted and worked with my offered payment arrangement.Mandy was a charm also. Even the clean up crew was complimentary on how we left the home on our exit. YES! We will be back!! I have already given pertinent info to others as we were THAT impressed. Clean up in a couple areas was a little leftva little to be desired, but we took care of that����I will be visiting/searching for our next gathering soon. We all had an incredible time hanging by the pool and beach. Super convenient beach access just down the road, very friendly and fun neighbors, and all-in-all a weekend we will all remember for the rest of our lives. Together Resorts had everything ready, allowed us to check in past business hours (Thursday night), and preheated the pools so we would be ready to go.
